This company is the most professional group of all. I was hesitant because of all my bad luck with contractors in the past. But this plumber was one of the best contractors that I have ever employed. William came out on time. I had told him ahead of time a lot of what the problems were but I found out that the shower in one bathroom did not have a problem with the hot water but it turns out that it was the water heater. William was very well experienced in this type of thing. I quickly learned to trust everything that this man said. He is extremely well experienced and very good. He left the house in good condition with absolutely no mess. William drained my water heater and replaced both water heater filters because they were both in need of replacing. He advised me to drain the water heater annually which I never knew. I was extremely grateful for William because he answered all my questions and gave me good tips for the future. He is the most competent of plumbers and would highly recommend him for all plumbing jobs. I cannot say enough good things about this plumber. Very good work at a reasonable price.

I didn't use this company, however the gentleman who came out to view the property and provide me with an estimate was very nice and offered some helpful advice. I did have to call him back and remind him to email me the estimate for the work later in the week.

I called the plumber because we wanted to get the water pressure on our outside faucets corrected as well as have the knobs work correctly. The arranged an appointment the same day, giving me an hour window. He arrived within that timeframe and reviewed the faucets. He didn't have the equipment on him, but told me what he would suggest, and what it would cost ($75/faucet) and scheduled an appointment for the next day with me. When he came the 2nd day, he replaced one faucet, and said he didn't think the 2nd faucet needed replacing, though I wanted to because of the handle which didn't seem to close easily. When he realized our water pressure was an issue, he told me what it should be, checked it and found it to be low, and then went under the house to correct the problem. He took the time to check the fixes with my husband, and also said there is a one year warranty on the work. He did not charge additional for the water pressure check, and stuck to the quote of a total of $150. They called ahead of when they would arrive, were prompt, removed shoes in the house, and didn't try to overcharge me. I would use them again and recommend them.

The plumber arrived promptly at the scheduled time, quickly diagnosed the problem, explained recommended solution, and completed the repair in about one hour. The repair involved repairing corroded check valve(s) and removing mineral deposits and corrosion that were constricting flow through check valve(s) and dip tube. He was courteous and helpful in answering all questions and explaining various options regarding repair or replacement. Based on his advice, it was agreed that replacement of the water heater was not necessary and best solution was to perform the repairs he recommended. The problems with restricted flow and inadequate hot water were completely eliminated and the cost was very reasonable. Overall good experience and would definitely recommend this plumber to anyone.

I have used this plumber once before & William went beyond my expectations to get all the work we had done in one day!!! This is the second time I have used him. He is very professional, extremely skilled & a pleasure to work with. His rates are very reasonable compared to other plumbing companies. I would without a doubt recommend him to anyone wanting a great job at a great cost.

My initial review was very negative because I got the wrong toiltet; however An Affordable plumer went beyond to fix this error; he upgraded the two toilet style and changed them out at no cost to me. I would whole recommend An Affordable Plumber because he made every effort to correct the original mistake. This is an outstanding supplier and I would whole recommend them.

Arrived promptly on the same day I called him. Quickly identified the problem and completed the necessary repairs. Thoroughly satisified with William's work and the reasonable price he charged me. From now on I'm going to call William for all my plumbing needs.

He did a great job, was neat and clean, very nice man when explained everything he did so I understood.

William was courteous and professional and charged much less than his estimated price. I had just laid new tile in the bathroom floor which raised the floor height about half an inch, so the old toilet flange bolts that held in the toilet were not long enough to be reused. Because of the way the bolts were secure to the flange, the flange had to be lifted up before the bolts could be replaced. Initially, When I consulted with William over the phone we were both under the impression the flange would have to be cut out and a new flange put in. This, however, was not the case and job was simpler than anticipated. William took the time to explain the process to me and was super nice.

They are very honest. The fee was resonable. It went perfect.They installed a new toliet seat at no extra charge.

Joe is fabulous. Last year he installed four new toilets for us- cutting our water bill in half. This year he did a wonderful job installing a new tankless hot water heater. Our old tank water heater was in the attic, and if we had a leak it would have created major damage to our home. Joe recommended a tankless water heater. It was more money but well worth it for the peace of mind. We also have three girls, and three people can take a shower all at one time, with laundry going and the dishwasher and we don't run out of hot water. I highly recommend a tankless- and be sure to have Joe install it.

This is the 3rd toilet that An Affordable Plumber has replaced for us. We contacted them initially to replace two 20 year old toilets, that were barely functioning. Joe recomended a low flow replacement and tolerated my endless questions with patience and humor. We have been very happy with the 2 initial replacement toilets, so when our remaining toilet began to die, we contacted Affordable Plumber to replace it. David called us to let us know he was running late due to unexpected problems at a previous job. He replaced the toilet and maintained a clean job site before during and after the job. Smooth and easy!

They did a good job. They were able to unclog the drain and everything works great.

William came and assessed the problem. He came back to install an expansion tank which solved the problem. It seems the water pressure had been increased which caused the leak. All is well now. Definitely would use this company again. They were very responsive, courteous and professional.

The man was professional and DID want to show me the standard cost. My fault I declined thinking it could NEVER exceed $200.00. Shocked when I received the total bill. SHOCKED! Think about it. I could have bought complete new faucets and installed myself and been cheaper!

A water line developed a leak in the ceiling. We called "An Affordable Plumber" and they were quick to respond. The leak was fixed and we were very happy with the service. I asked if they could also fix a slow leak in my incoming water line under the house and remove and replace some older copper lines. These were repaired a couple of weeks later by Joe. He did a great job and I am very happy with the work that was completed.

William did a fantastic job! He was courteous and professional, and answered all of our questions. Although our job was a minor one, he was thorough and made sure it was done right. We would definitely recommend An Affordable Plumber, and we will use them in the future if/when needed.

Joe was a pleasure to deal with when I was trying to describe the plumbing issue...I really appreciated being able to text him a photo of exactly what was happening seeing as I had no idea what the broken piece was called! David performed the service the next day. he was efficient, polite and didn't mind us asking him general questions about plumbing in general. Being new home owners, that is something we really appreciated. We will definitely use them again!

William and Joe had just started their company, so I was taking a big chance on them but I'm glad I did!! They saved me thousands of dollars compared to two other estimates, and I have had no issues since. I will definitely use them in the future!

I had used An Affordable Plumber just months after they started their business back in 2009 and was determined to go with them again... even though it was a Sunday and William was already on the site of another plumbing emergency. He said he would take care of it and he did! It took a little longer than he thought it would to get done with the job he was on, but he made it and my tenants were pleased with his service and professionalism... and I was VERY pleased with the price! He could have "soaked me" (pun intended) for having to come out so late on a Sunday, but he did not. They truly live up to their name! And, I really trust these guys to do the right thing.
