We feel very fortunate to have found Cliff to take our newly purchased home to the next level by completing the bonus room makeover of our dreams! We contacted three other businesses for estimates but chose to hire Cliff for the job because of his knowledge, experience, and fine attention to detail. We connected immediately and he brought many ideas to us that we hadnâ t thought of before. We now have an incredible modern rec/tv room with beautiful new hardwoods that match the adjoining ones perfectly. On one side he installed a gorgeous kitchenette with a 5 foot tall ornate tile backsplash and quartz countertops, complete with two gorgeous 11 foot long wooden floating shelves that he built from scratch. On the other side of the room, he installed a 16 foot wall of horizontal shiplap (no seams!) and mounted our tv over the full wall of cabinets he installed with another quartz countertop. The barn doors at the entrance have been refaced and are now sleek and modern. Cliff and his crews nailed every element of this large project that included plumbing, flooring, electrical, and painting. Cliff has gone out of his way to meet me at stores to select stains or help me find the perfect cabinet hardware. I am very particular and he is extremely patient to ensure we get exactly what we want while taking care of our property. He will definitely be our top choice for any other home renovations in the future!

I hired Cliff to create an office space from my dining room. Not only does he appear to be a genuinely good guy, he and his team did a fantastic job! I know have an enclosed, serene office space to work from home in. The job was done quickly and efficiently and everyone involved was very approachable and friendly to work with. Pricing was fair and transparent. He is very good with communication which is something I've found lacking with other contractors I've worked with. I plan on hiring him for another project as well. I definitely recommend him!

Their work was excellent and perfectly done. They were very skilled and knowledgeable in performing all the work that had to be addressed. They were very neat and cleaned up when they were finished . They were very polite, and answered any questions that I had. Which put me at ease with this big bathroom remodel. I would definitely hire them again without hesitation.

Good communication and quality work.

Outstanding crew that got in there, did the install and didnâ t mess around. When they went to work they meant it! Outstanding product and really fast installation. When the flooring product was here they came in, blitzed the house and got the old carpet out and the new flooring in. They had to move a lot of heavy furniture around to do the install and never heard a single murmur. Great experince and we love the floors!

Went from a 35 year old leaky bathroom to a beautiful modern bathroom including needed sub floor support, new flooring, beautiful tile oversize walk in shower with a rainfall and hand held shower head, corner seat, custom glass shower wall and door. New toilet, vanity, dual sinks, marble counter top. New recessed lights and a great paint job. Family and friends rant about the remodel and we absolutely LOVE it! Moving on to new kitchen and living room remodel. M & M are quality craftsmen and really care about what they do and do it right!

Wow! My Wife & I have been saving for over 6 years for this project. A huge investment, after researching on the net we know it's the grace of God that we found Cliff & his Crew! M&M was upper middle of the pack total price out of the 4 bids we fielded, we pulled the trigger with Cliff 1.) Upfront leg work, literally one bid we got was hand written on some dirty notebook paper, another was only slightly more presentable than that. Cliff invested so much time in answering our questions, provided outstanding visual renderings with a professional proposal, timeline matrix & draw schedule. 2.) Track record, we were able to visit a current project M&M had ongoing at the time of our decision making, excellent references from most recent projects. 3.) At the end of our wonderful project experience , Cliff came back & announced that we came in under his projections, handed our final draw check back & had us write it $1,500 less...While we would have been happy to pay it, the honesty & integrity this Company exudes is likely few & far between in this sector. Bottomline, we're are so very happy with our brand new Kitchen! We're very fortunate to have hooked up with M&M, and we're already in talks with them for our next project!

Mr Cottingham is a perfectionist and the quality of his work is superb. He is outgoing, knowledgeable and strives to ensure complete customer satisfaction. We would have no hesitation to use his expertise on any future projects.

Cliff was able to remodel our front sitting room into a whiskey room. The project included custom bar, shelving, lighting, window treatments as well as focal wall. The shelving was a beautiful combination of stain and torched wood. Cliff was able to adapt to the changing vision as the project was evolving to surpass the original vision. Highly recommend!

M&M Construction did an outstanding work on refinishing antique furniture. (would love to share a picture unfortunately my house is a mess as we are totally gutting our home to update/remodel our outdated home. Cliff & Brandy not only gave me a professional furniture refinish, they explained how they distress each piece. Before each step they brought us a piece to view before they continued their process. There is no way I would go with another business. We will also hire them for kitchen remake and I can't wait. M&M IS THE BEST BUSINESS.
