Inspect The Triad

Being new to the area, we went with the home inspector that our realtor recommended. It ended up being a less than pleasing experience, so much so that I researched around for another inspector. I am so glad to have found Mr. Boyd. He was able to come to the home on short notice and on a Saturday! He was friendly, professional and just an easy going gentleman who was happy to work for us. On top of that he took his time to inspect every inch (within limits) of the home and explain his findings in detail. His experience as a licensed contractor is an added bonus. His work and thoroughness was above and beyond. The icing on the cake was that the report he provided was easy to read and included pictures and descriptions that were very detailed. Thanks to Mr. Boyd, several issues (quite a few major) were found that the previous inspector totally missed. With his help, we were more knowledgeable of the home and prepared to request repairs needed. His findings will potentially save us thousands in the long run. I wish we found Lee from the beginning, but I am truly thankful he was able to provide his services to us. Please don't waste your time with anyone else, Mr. Boyd's work is top notch and will not disappoint!

Lee was very prompt in communication and punctual. After the home inspection was complete, he walked through all the issues and explained them in details answering all questions we had for him. I never felt like he was in a rush but he took the time to address all our concerns and cover all aspect that he would fill out in the report. The report was available the same day and sent promptly. Could not be more pleased with the work. Lee was very thorough (every light bulb and power outlet). He took the time upfront to understand what I was looking for and the systems I was most interested in inspecting. The upfront communications were very clear as were the on-going updates during the morning. The inspection report/write-up was very detailed and accompanied by pictures. Lee was on the job for 3 1/2 hours. He really means it when he says "I inspect it like it was mine". He was thorough, professional, knowledgeable and a really nice man! He went over the house from the attic and roof to the crawl space and all around the exterior. We found him on Angie's list and could not have been more pleased with his work.
