 + 1 moreThe serviceman was very informative about what would be done and gave me a hands-on idea of what would be done. He gave me a firm quote even before breaking down the transmission that didnot change after repairs were complete. It was a good experience.
Description of Work: The transmission on my 2000 Dodge Caravan fell. So, I had the transmission rebuilted.

 + 1 moreIt went great -- no complaints at all. We priced out a few other shops nearby, but none of them seemed to know as much as Paul did about our vehicle and our transmission specifically. The price was in line with the other guys, but the warranty was so much better. We dropped it off the next day and had it back just two days later.
Description of Work: We came to Twin to have our transmission fixed. Paul helped us out and took a look at the vehicle. He even went on a road test with us so we could show him what we experienced with the car. After everything, it was determined that our car's transmission did need a rebuild.

 + 1 moreI've been to Twin Auto several times over the past few years. Service has always been GREAT there. The people are very friendly and upbeat. They have a very clean waiting area and service is always prompt. My dad recently had a transmission rebuilt -- Twin auto advertises they are charlottes specialist -- and we believe it. We have referred them to many other people and will always continue to do so. Prices are always good -- right in line with a few other quotes, but with the warranty offered, even if we pay a little more, we end up with more than we would have any where else. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Description of Work: Recently had them rebuilt transmission on a Honda (my dad's vehicle), I have personally been there for several services for my own vehicle
