I am an out-of-state landlord and am extremely impressed by Blake's work ethic. Blake went to the property on time to meet the renters for a HVAC non-working issue, and once he found out the issue was only caused by a switch in the attic that was accidentally flipped over by someone, he fixed it. And then he checked to make sure there was no problem with the whole heating and cooling system and called me on the phone to update me on it. He was so gracious as to not to charge for anything for the trip.
Next time when I have any HVAC needs I will surely reach out to South End. Blake has won me over! Thank you Blake!

Look NO FURTHER if you’re searching for a fair, honest and professional HVAC Specialist. Nowadays it can be very difficult to find someone you can trust. Blake from South End Heating and Air is responsive, thorough, trustworthy and an absolute pleasure to work with. He has bailed us out multiple times now with our aging HVAC systems and will continue to be the only one we will call.

A few days or so ago, we encountered some issues with our central air to where the A/C was no longer working. Our thermostat was glitching, and the unit wasn't responsive at all.
We reached out to South End Heating & Air (this was our first time doing so) and from the moment we got a hold of them, they provided excellent service and got our AC running again! They were professional, they were thorough in diagnosing our issues, affordable and responsive, and thanks to them, our A/C was up and running again and still is! Renee was very helpful on the phone and connected us with techs that would come out to help us.
Blake and Eddie were both very helpful in guiding us in the right direction, got the job done, and provided input as well with the details I provided as to what the issue could be. I'm definitely grateful to Eddie, Blake, and the South End team, and recommend them if you have any issues to repair! We'll be dealing with them for any issues we may encounter in the future as well. Thanks South End!

Description of Work: Came out at 10 pm when water began to come through ceiling after a gypsy plumber busted our a/c condensation line in attic earlier that day . fixed pipe that night had his colleague deliver a part that night. And then brought hot water heater up to code the next day as the rogue plumber named Mike the plumber completely botched that job the previous day.

Description of Work: Did not use. Appeared to be a very good plumbing company but price to replace kitchen sink was too high. Able to get work done at much less cost going to home repair subcontract recommended by friend. Would have used if not for finding a highly quilified contractor at a better price

Description of Work: I asked them to fix a broken backflow preventer for which they gave me an estimate of $825. Later they called me to tell me that code required them to modify it from an underground to an overground design but that would cost another $500. I agreed to this and they completed the work in a timely and professional manner.
