Blake did a very thorough inspection and the testing came back within the timeframe that he said it would. When the test came back, he sat down with me to explain the findings and suggested recommendation. I was not pressured to purchase anything. He was very professional. I was very satisfied.

He was able to identify and explain where the musty smell was coming from and offered a number of solutions. He did not push expensive mold remediation which was not necessary. Blake was absolutely the best!!! Very professional, and so easy to talk to. We hired him to take care of a basement mold issue in our mother’s home. He came the very next day after I called him. Met with my 2 brothers, took air samples, cleaned and killed all the mold and even agreed to come test again if we wanted. Super super nice. Really helped us in a time of need. Not only did he test for mold (visually as well) he tested the air quality and any environmental surroundings he noticed that needs changing.
