Service Provider Response
Hello Mr. [Member Name Removed], Thank you for your feedback. Since [Member Name Removed] is busy taking care of our clients, I will respond on his behalf. Although design is a big part of what we do (and enjoy), construction is the field in which we excel. Specifically, residential remodeling. This is evident by a 17+ year track record of producing beautiful new home transformations, large and small, for hundreds of clients and their families, most of which are direct referrals and repeat customers. Our knowledge in the field of construction is further supported by years of continuing education and several of the highest industry certifications including Master Certified Remodeler, Certified Remodeler, Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler, Certified Green Professional, Universal Design Professional, among others. With our extensive knowledge and experience in the industry, we have developed a time-tested, design/build process for our clients that provides an exceptional remodeling experience built on Trust, Vision, Pride, and Family, our company core values. This process has not only contributed to the success (and reputation) of our company, but it has allowed us to exceed our clients' expectations in almost every way. However, we realize our company and process may not be the best fit for everyone we meet, which is typically determined in the consultation phase of our process. At our initial face to face meeting, we gather information about a particular project, uncover the specific needs and wants of a client, and present our process to see if we're the right fit to move forward together. In many cases, we have the opportunity to move forward to this next design phase, but there are some who do not see the value in our process, which we absolutely respect. This was the case with your project, which was determined after our initial consultation. Even though we will not be working together, we greatly appreciate the opportunity and your willingness to give us an A rating for our Responsiveness, Punctuality, and Professionalism. We wish you the best of luck moving forward with your project. Sincerely, Michael DiFabion (Jr.), CR, CGP, UDCP, LRRPService Provider Response
Unfortunately we cannot be all things to all people. We have a preliminary telephone discussion to determine if the project is good fit for both the client and our Company. If it is, we schedule an appointment to review the proposed work. If it is not, we graciously explain it would be to the client's advantage to look elsewhere. Don't see why we would get an "F" for being honest? We sincerely hope this client finds the right fit. Sincerely, Michael T. DiFabion, PresidentService Provider Response
Hi [Member Name Removed], I apologize for not getting back to you. About a week after we met, I actually composed an email estimate and thought I sent it over, along with several others that day. After looking back, I discovered the email was still in my "draft" folder, which was obviously an oversight on my end. There's no excuse for my carelessness, and I completely understand your frustration. I can still send it to you if you'd like, but I'm sure we're past the "too little, too late" point. Nonetheless, please feel free to contact me if you would in fact still wish to receive the estimate. Once again, my sincerest apologies, Michael DiFabionService Provider Response
We agree that we are not the Company for everyone. Our clients are looking for outstanding value. In reviewing this report, we pulled our paperwork and discovered that we were not given the opportunity to create a design and detailed proposal. This perspective client was given some ballpark figures on historical similar projects. The average master bathroom project has 52 decisions that need to be made. While it is a "small" space, it is by far the most "complicated" small space in the home! For this reason and others, it is very difficult to give a final price until a plan and specifications are created. While we are sorry the perspective client decided not to proceed with a formal design and proposal (possibly due to the cost), we appreciate the kind words regarding professionalism.Service Provider Response
While we appreciate the kind words, we have no record of this client. Thank you, Michael T. DiFabion, PresidentAngi Certified
