A great experience,

Never called back.

They did a fine job, however they had to come back a few times when I noticed things were not right. They were responsive but the job was not done right the first time. Many of the workers did not speak English. Each day they should have communicated better than what they were doing as it was a several step process. I would recommend them but stay on top of what they are doing each day.

ROBERT WAS EARLY FOR THE APPOINTMENT. HE EXPLAINED IN DETAIL WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO; VACUUM DUCTS, CLEAN and SANITIZE DUCTS. ROBERT WAS VERY RESPECTFUL OF NEW CARPETING IN THE HOME. THE JOB TOOK ABOUT 2 1/2 HOURS TO COMPLETE. ROBERT DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB.

Installation was simple but customer service after they received payment has been exceptional poor. The dehumidifier stopped working about a year after it was installed. It took many phone calls to reach someone to talk to about the problem. They picked up the non-functioning dehumidifier and took it back to their shop to check it out. After a month with no response, I insisted that they bring a replacement unit out. The replacement appears quite old and I expect that it will not last long. Since they picked up the non-functioning dehumidifier, I have made many phone calls to follow up on the status of its repair or replacement and have received no satisfaction. Now they do not even return my calls. I first addressed the problem to them on 4/19/07 and now it is four months later and nothing has been done. Due to their disregard for customer service, I would avoid them on any future projects.

They were right on time. They gave me a free estimate and they estimate matched the cost. They were very efficient. I don't know if the price was competitive because I didn't call anyone else but I was happy to have the work done.

They were prompt and polite. They seem to have done a good job.

Nathan was prompt. The scope of work proposal was detailed and included several options. Nathan followed up well. We went with a competitor because we liked their suggestions better for solving our moisture problem.

Very good service, estimates and work performed on schedule, prompt response to all our questions, concerns, etc. Great communication, our house feels great, and even smells good. Glad we did the work prior to the fall/winter months.

GREAT JOB. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CONSCIOUS ABOUT NOT TRACKING DIRT INDOORS. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE USED THEM FOR DUCT CLEANING.

CLEAN AIR SHOWED UP ON TIME, ON SHORT NOTICE (TWO DAYS), AND CLEANED OUT OUR DRYER VENTS. WE HAD ALSO WORKED WITH CLEAN AIR WHEN WE BOUGHT OUR HOUSE, AND HAD ALL DUCT WORK CLEANED. THEY ARE WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH - VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED, AND ALWAYS ON TIME!!

LESTER JONES PERFORMED ALL THE WORK AND DID A GOOD JOB EDUCATING ME ABOUT THINGS TO DO TO KEEP THE AIR CLEAN. HE ALSO LET ME KNOW WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO AND WHY. I APPRECIATED BEING KEPT INFORMED AND THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE.

VERY RESPONSIVE. WE HAD A QUESTION AFTER THEJOB WAS DONE AND THEY RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY.

THIS COMPANY USED A 300 HP TRUCK VACUUM WITH 16,000 CFM TO CLEAN THE SUPPLY AND RETURN AIR DUCTS AND 2 AIR CONDITIONING UNITS TO MY RESIDENCE. THEY ALSO INSTALLED ''CLEAN AIR'' DOUBLE DENSITY ALLERGY AIR FILTERS. THE TRUCK PULLED IN BEHIND THE HOUSE ON THE LAWN TO GET NEAR THE A/C UNITS AND CRAWL SPACE OF THE HOUSE. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN ABOUT 2 HOURS. THERE IS SOME LOUD NOISE INVOLVED WITH THIS SORT OF SERVICE DUE TO THE VACUUM COMING FROM THE TRUCK. THE ''FALL OUT'' RESIDUE INSIDE THE HOUSE AFTER THE SERVICE IS ALMOST NILL. THE AIR FILTERS THAT WERE INSTALLED HAVE A 4 MONTH LIFE. BECAUSE MY ENTIRE HOUSE IS ON A CRAWL SPACE I WAS GETTING MORE SPIDER TRAFFIC THAN I WAS COMFORTABLE WITH SO THE DUCT CLEANING HAS LESSENED THAT PROBLEM. THE COMPANY RECOMMENDS THE CLEANING ONCE EVERY SIX YEARS.

A VERY POSITIVE AND REFRESHING EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE NEAT AND COURTEOUS. VERY PROFESSIONAL

THEY SHOWED UP LATE AND MEMBER REPORTS THAT THEY ARE NOT SURE THAT THEY ACTUALLY DID THE JOB (ALTHOUGH WASN'T THERE TO WATCH)

HAVE DONE AIR DUCT CLEANING, AND MY RUGS ONCE. IVE BOUGHT AIR PURIFICATION MACHINES FROM THEM. THEY ARE EXPENSIVE BUT WONDERFUL.
