They installed the equipment but did not remove debris as described in work order. Currently the pump stopped working and after a week of calls no one has come out or returned my calls. I have 4-5 calls and voice mails in to them, each more progressively more urgent.

Not long after the work was done, the vapor barrier started falling down off the walls.  The vapor barrier on the ground is not tearing.  I have been calling John Patterson's personal cell phone and the office phone asking them to come out and fix their work for several years with no response.  I was told I would be put on their work schedule but no one ever came out.  I decided to start calling again this year.  A few months ago, a gentleman from the company actually came out and confirmed the work was falling apart.  He told me a crew would be there the next week.  No one  has shown up yet and the company and John Patterson refuse to return my phone calls.

I got concerned when they were late and almost called another company for the job. I was disappointed when I observed the outdated, totally worn out equipment that was being used to clean my ductwork. There was a strong, oily smell when equipment was operating and it smoked prolifically. I probably should have called off the job in progress immediately when I observed the tears and large holes in the worn out vacuum hose extending from the truck mounted machine causing a significant loss in suction needed to perform optimal duct clean out. The men were intelligent and nice. They seemed to want to compensate for sub-standard work due to faulty equipment and service. Also, I had to clean around each heat register and the registers themselves because of residual debris from ducts that day. Clean-up and disinfecting each register was supposed to be included. They apparently forgot this part of the job.I might use them again if the company would replace all old equipment but I can't say that with 100% confidence. I would like to give them credit for attempting to clean the kitchen register when I mentioned it still looked dirty. Although areas had to be cleaned or re-cleaned including dusting debris off all chair rails and floors where duct cleaning was performed.

In selling house, we were dealing with VERY demanding buyers and a difficult inspector. They kept coming back with more issues and looking for small problems. Despite this, John remained calm and professional and figured out a way to fix it. We closed the sale thanks to him! He's coming out to check on new house for us to prevent any problems going forward.

.He always come through for me and he is great. And he is reasonable, finding the problem and fixing the problem that's why we deal with him.

A workman alerted me to the strange news I had a bird's nest in my dryer vent! I called a dryer vent cleaning company on Angies list and after some phone tag realized they weren't in my immediate area. However they referred me to Clean Air Technologies and assured me they would do a great job. They were right. The workman cleaned the vent -it took a long time to get the old bird's nest out - put a new cap an the vent and educated me a bit about future needs I might have with birds and caps. Overall a good experience and a job well done.

They arrived on time, were very professional and worked efficiently. They even wore shoe covers, which is important to me.

Clean Air was able to fit me into their schedule immediately, which was great since I was having a new washer and dryer delivered the next day. I was having no issues with my old dryer, I just felt that I would like to have the vent cleaned for peace of mind's sake. They were prompt and courteous. Price seemed a bit high, but never having had this done before I wasn't sure what to expect. They were very thorough.

We called Clean Air Technologies after discovering a leak in what seemed to be our dryer vent. On the morning that they were scheduled to arrive, my husband stayed home from work to be there for the repair. The man (the owner, I believe) was 30 minutes late arriving, only to sit in his car and talk on his cell phone upon arrival. He continued to talk as he walked to the door and my husband had to wait at the door as the man finished his conversation. The man assessed the situation and assured us they could fix it. He said he would send a repair man in the afternoon. This was not a problem, but my husband had stayed home from work for nothing. The repair man arrived right on time, cleaned our vent and sealed the leak for a reasonable price. He found a small spot of mold that he wanted his boss to check out, just to be on the safe side. He said the boss would call us and set up a time to drop by. A week passed and we never received a call. I called the company to see what was going on and the boss said he would come out to assess the situation. He arrived the next day, later than I expected. However, he assessed the situation, fixed it, and was on his way in 5 minutes. Everything seems to be in working order.

It did not go well. The technician seemed to be in a rush. The work was done on a Friday, Sunday morning we noticed that the temperature in the house was 60 degrees. I went under the house to look at the heater and the two front panels of the heater were removed and were leaning up against the heater, and there was a square peice of sheet metal by the entrance to the crawl space. Called the company several times Sunday morning and left voice messages, they have no emergency number so we could not reach anybody. Searched the voice mail options, web site, phone book, angies list for an emergency number, but there was none. After an hour called another company to put our furnace back together and get the heat on. The other company that got the heater put back together could find no opening where the return ducts were cleaned, so we're not sure that this was done. On Tuesday morning I noticed a clanging sound coming from the furnace. Never heard back from Clean Air from my multiple voice mail messages on Sunday, so I called them Tuesday afternoon and they came out and looked at this issue, which they said was a loose piece of metal. Still have not heard from the owner for a proper appology.

John is great. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he was doing to get rid of the mold. He was always willing to spend time explaining things when I had questions or concerns.

It went great. They were a little late but he called to let me know. They were very efficient. They got everything done and left. There were no problems. They wore booties when they came in and out of the house because I asked them not to walk on the carpet with their shoes. They cleaned up well after themselves.

They were very good but there was a little bit of inconsistancy with the price. They did do quality work for the price that i paid. I would reccomend them to others.

We found this company through our insurance company. It is hard to judge the performance of a company in this area. I have allergies and have not noticed a big difference in the air or with the amount of dust in my house.

The guy who came out was very good. He is very efficient and gave me an upfront price. He made sure I understood everything. The work was very good. The scheduling was kind of dicey. There was some confusion and misunderstandings about when people were coming and when they weren't.

They came out looked at ducts said it wasn't going to be a hard job, but because of us being short on money we can't have them cleaned yet, hopefully by end of summer.

They are the best I have ever had, prompt, he really new what he was doing. didn't waste anytime, very friendly and nice. I will be using them from now on.

Started and finished at almost the exact time they said they would. Very good job. Price was fair.

Nathan came and gave an estimate, I scheduled the appt. for a week later. The tech arrived on time, was very professional and did a great job. He explained in detail what he was going to do and how long it would take. When he was finished he cleaned up around the returns and the vents. They did a great job!!
