Dropped it off in the morning and it was ready SAME DAY! How can you beat that?

The owner was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He explained ahed of time what the probable issues could be and offered solutions, even offering that my husband could do the work he knew how to replacer a cord because it was fairly easy! Needless to say I found him very fair, professional and his shop filled with quality eco friendly cleaning products I hadn't seen elsewhere. The vacuum was ready in just a few days.

In trying to extract air from a plastic storage bag, I started to smell smoke. My cleaning lady recommended that I should have it looked at. This company was the closest to my home. The vacuum isn't the top model and the owner of the shop said not to use it for anything other than vacuuming and not to run it for more than 10 minutes at a time. So far the vacuum is working fine.

Great. I called Satuday afternoon late; they stayed open after business hours so I could bring the vacuum in to the store, and the unit was ready for pickup Tuesday AM- as agreed. I would highly recommend this company for service or purchase of a new vacuum unit..

We've been happy with his service. I bought the vacuum cleaner from him and it was still under warranty. He was fast and he did a good job; it works fine. I would recommend him for purchasing a vacuum or having it repaired.

They are terrific. This is the second time I've taken my vacuum there to be repaired. If I even needed to buy a vacuum cleaner, I would buy it there because they have the kind I like. They are reasonably priced and timely. The repair only took a few days.

Owner was not pushy. He was very knowledgable about his products. He demonstraited several vacuums and let me try them in the store. He had several different models to try. He also carried many different items pertaining to cleaning. He offered attractive specials. I was very pleased with my experience dealing with A Pluc Vacuum

Overall, they were very good. They certainly were prompt. I took my carpet shampooer to them and they fixed it the same day. They were very professional. Their price was very good.

I had purchased there several years ago. He had put in an order to have the motor replased. My shampooer is out of warrenty. It was taking an extremely long time for the manufacturer to get the motor to come in. He was able to work out a deal with the manufacture to replace with a brand new rug shampooer of the same model. I am very pleased with him. We were so satisfied that he felt the need to move to the next step without any complaints, he really took our needs upon himself.

I was very pleased with my experience today. Recently, my vacuum started making a burning rubber smell when it was running. I like the vacuum and wanted to continue using it, so found A-Plus Vacuum and asked owner Rocco Waldhelm to service it. He cleaned out the collected debris in the vacuum, replaced the flat belt, and replaced the filter, which had become completely caked. He serviced the vacuum while I was there and for a very reasonable price. Mr. Waldhelm also sells vacuums on the premises (I noticed some were on sale), and I'll likely shop at his store when I'm ready to replace my vacuum cleaner.

The overall experience was outstanding. I'd checked with a few other places and his service was just excellent. His price was better than his competitors. He was very pleasant and personable. I'd recommend him to anybody-- they won't find anyone better. Rocco Waldhelm is the proprietor.

I wanted a relatively inexpensive vacuum that worked very well, was reliable, and would last for years to come. A-Plus recommended a brand I had never heard of so I waited to purchase the machine until I could do some research. Since I had never purchased anything from them before I wanted to be certain I could trust what they were telling me. After searching the internet and calling different vacuum repair stores I found everything was exactly as A-Plus had said. I bought the machine and have been extremely pleased ever since. In the near future I plan to make another purchase from them and would feel comfortable recommending their service to anyone.

He repaired and had it ready the next day. He was professional and responsive. His pricing was reasonable as well. The quality of his work was good and I was satisfied with his service.

We were given a loner to use while our vacuum was being repaired. We had been told that it would probably be about 10 days for ours to be fixed. We got a call back in 5 days and when we picked up our vacuum, it looked like new again. They had cleaned it, the scuff marks were gone and the little name sign that was hanging to one side had been put back on. It does not leave lint lines in the carpet anymore. Works like it did when it was brand new. Very pleased.
