They came out one day and measured the space and gave me a quote on the work. Their second visit was to closely measure the newly renovated bathroom so that they could order the glass dor and fixed glass framing. After the glass arrived - in about two weeks- they came and installed it in around 1-2 hours. The company was professional throughout the process and I would highly recommend them. They were also competitive on price.

I was remodeling my entire master bath and wanted a frameless shower door. I called Malibu showers and within the hour they called me back. They came out the following day to provide an estimate. Once all the tile had been completed, they came back out for final measurements. Within two weeks, they installed my beautiful shower door. They gave me various options for handles and height, etc. They were friendly and very quick to respond and they had the best price. I would definitely use them again.

They were very prompt and did an excellent job. The price was reasonable. We wanted a one-piece shower door and they were able to do it. It works really great.

Excellent experience from the initial estimate to measurements to installation. I chose Malibu because these guys specialize shower enclosures - so I figured they'd be the best and I was right! Malibu was excellent to work with. They came out same-day to give us an estimate, which was very competitive. They also gave us many options, in terms of type of glass, hardware, etc. It only took about 1-1.5 weeks for them to have the glass cut & ready to install. When they first came out to install, they told us that they had made a mistake when measuring & as a result, the glass was cut about 1/8" too long. Honestly, we would not have even noticed this. But they insisted on making it right -- and did just that. We're very happy with the quality & professionalism. Would definitely use them again. Thanks guys!

One of the best experiences we have ever had with a contractor. I called for an estimate at 8:30AM on a Friday morning. By noon, Brett had been to our home, taken measurements and provided an estimate. He talked thru various options with my wife and made recommendations as to what would be the best fit. The door was installed two weeks later, however the installer noticed scratches on the glass and immediately showed them to my wife. They ordered a replacement that same day, and left the scratched door for us to use in the interim. A week later, the replacement was installed and looks better than we ever expected. Neil was in constant contact throughout the process, and kept us in the loop on the installantion date well in advance. The best part of the experience was how they handled the scratched glass. Outside of the installer having to come back for 20 minutes to swap out the glass, there was absolutley no inconvenience to us. It is likely that we would not have noticed the scratched glass for months - the honesty is greatly appreciated. I had shopped around for weeks before calling Malibu. Similar doors ordered/installed thru home improvement stores STARTED at $2,000+ - however we were able to get this for the price of an off the shelf metal-framed door. Just to be clear - this is a custom-cut piece of glass with a nickel handle and two hinges mounted on the wall tile - completely frameless. It greatly improved the look of our newly remodled bathroom, without breaking our budget. Truly one of the best experiences we have ever had with a contractor. Thank you!

Excellent. What a contrast in attitude. Neil answered my call immediately and arranged for Brett Ressler to provide an estimate and show me samples in LESS than 24 hours. I believe the cost is extremely competitive and forwarded the information to DiFabion Remodeling. While I feel compelled to go with the choice of DiFabion as the overall remodeler, I would personally choose Malibu Shower Enclosure based on their responsiveness, professionalism and knowledge.

I had a great experience. They were responsive, professional and did a quality job. I called to get a quote, and Brett came out that evening to measure. Andy, their installer installed the door a couple of weeks later in a matter of minutes. Great fit and finish on the door. Very professional guys all around. I paid $550 for a door that was roughly 30 inches wide and maybe 5 feet tall; I got a quote from another local glass shop for the same door (even the same hardware supplier was used) and it was $830. I would definately recommend Malibu to friend and family.

They were very nice and friendly. They delivered so we were happy. It was not done crappy. They came on time. If they said they were going to be here then they were here.

Went well. Neil came out to measure our shower area, and while here had an abundance of material from which we could select our enclosure. Didn't push us any particular direction, but did offer occasional helpful suggestions. He told us up front that since glass was cut for our particular shower, we couldn't cancel once order went in. That is fair, and we didn't change our minds, but it was nice to know up front regardless. We did make one or two minor changes to hardware after the order, and those were handled with no difficulties. Installation was quick and painless. No complaints.

Neal came by the house and measured. He did so at my convenience, meaning I didn't have to take time off work to meet him during the day. A very nice plus. He stated that it would be about two weeks for all of the materials to come in and that his installer Andy would call to set up installation. Within two weeks, Andy called and we arranged a suitable day and time. The installation was done quickly, neatly and professionally.

Neil answered his cell phone and met with me the next day. He ordered the glass, and in less then 2 weeks, installed the enclosure. It is perfect!
