They are very professional. The team is highly organized and efficient. Not only do they do an incredible job, but they are very orderly and neat throughout the process. Additionally, we had a challenge with the plumbing and they were very easy to work with and accommodated the unexpected delays.

We used them for both a new tile floor install of considerable size and a tesr-out and retile of a kitchen as well as some specialty stone tile work around a fireplace and bar. I highly recommend Joe and his team. They are quick, reasonably priced, do quality work, and take care to protect the rest of your house.. We hired Joe to repair a master shower with dry rot. Joe responded quickly with a reasonable quote. Once we scheduled the job, he started and ended on time - a huge plus when someone is coming in and out of your house. His team was careful to cover hardwood floors and light colored carpets. The finished product looks great. Thank you, Joe!

Imperial Tile was the 3rd tile company that I hired for my new home build. The scope of the job involved 4 tile showers. The first company was a no show, the second company was fired on the first day for poor work. In all, they waisted 10 weeks of my time. I wish I met Joe and Imperial Tile sooner.... Joe (owner) says what he does and does what he says. The entire crew was very professional and did great work. They cleaned up after themselves ever night and their work is beautiful. Don't waste your time with other tile companies, just hire Imperial.

The last contractor I worked with was a nightmare, causing me to be extremely cautious about any new projects.  I did a good bit of vetting to get two bathrooms retiled and ultimately decided on Imperial Tile.   Joe did everything right that my last contractor did wrong.  He asked great questions when he came out for the initial estimate including some "have you considered" issues.  Once engaged, Jose and his helpers were here as promised and worked very diligently.  Jose also gave me some "it would be better if we did it this way" ideas that were spot on.  His attention to detail was excellent.  In short, Joe did was he said he would do and did it on time.  Joe and Jose were a pleasure to work with.  I highly recommend Imperial Tile.

We could not be happier with the entire experience of working with Joe and his crew. We had our entire master bath floor and shower tile removed and replaced. Joe is very easy to communicate with, timely in his response whether via text, phone or email, and obviously takes great pride in his company and the work they do. At the end of every work day, everything was cleaned up and for the amount of tile work we had done, the job was performed cleanly, quickly and efficiently. The tile work is beautiful!! We are soooo glad we chose Imperial Tile for our kitchen, main bath, and laundry room. Joe was very clear in what they would do. The crew was professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. They took great care in all they did and the job turned out great. And they came in ahead of schedule! No extra costs and cleaned up afterwards. The tile turned out great! We also love the way Joe treats his team. To top it off, Imperial was the best price. You won't go wrong with Imperial!

They installed tile in 3 bathrooms,2 complete showers. Walls and shower pans and the tub walls. They were very professional, and the quality of work was excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs tile work done.

Honest price quality work

The people who laid the tile were very professional and meticulous. We chose hexagonal tile for a screened porch and they spent a lot of time just measuring and laying out a pattern before they laid one tile and itâ s beautiful

Joe and the team arrived on time and immediately went to work. They were all very professional. They made suggestions that improved my design feature. The cleaned up at the end of each day At the end of the project Joe requested that I inspect the job and point out anything that I felt needed to be addressed before the tradesman left the job site. He further made sure that the premises in and outdoors. He also gave me a very fair price. I will definitely use imperial tile company again and highly recommend this company for your tile projects.
