After noticing some termite tunnels in my garage I called Triangle for an estimate. Mike Dinatale came out and gave me an estimate and explained what needed to be done to eliminate termites and prevent them from returning. He offered a couple of different levels of service, which came with different prices (eg. using Premise vs. Termidor, spot treatment vs. full treatment, etc.). I went with the Termidor treatment after doing some research on my own. When the service tech came out to perform the work, he said I was a smart man for spending a little extra on Termidor vs. Premise since it works better. The work took about 6 hours to do. The 2 service techs were exceptionally polite and very thorough. Based on the quality of work and the price, I would definitely recommend Triangle Pest Control to others. I would suggest that you ask for a quote for Termidor since this sounds like a superior product to Premise and Triangle will likely quote you a price for treatment with the Premise product (so make sure to ask!). Everyone at Triangle was very professional and polite and I highly recommend them. They were less expensive than Economy and about the same price as Sabre (who I also liked, but wasn't convinced that they would do as much of the trenching and drilling that Triangle offered).

Everything is fine so far. They came out about a year ago and gave me an estimate for something else and it turned out at that time I did not need the service and just had him come out to do a termite evaluation. They said that I did not need anything and they would spend the money if they were me, so that is why I was interested in having them back. They were very punctual.

It was a very good experience. He spent a good long (appropriate) amount of time explaining to me all my options and his assessment of what my issues were (and weren't) as well as offering me a very reasonable list of options (and prices) for how to deal with the issues

They spray the exterior of our house for bugs. They are better than others and provide better results.

Good experience overall. Although technician was a little late, was very thorough in inspecting our house, and making recommendations. The technician answered any questions that we had. Switched to them from a competitor, who was twice as expensive and did not have time to address some of our concerns related to chemical treatments and our small children. We are glad that we made the switch.

They are very responsive. They are easy to get in touch with. I can even contact them through e mail. They were here the day I called them. They have cleaned the house twice. We have a contract with them. The quarterly treatment costs $149. They were not extraordinary. The guy was very nice.

We called on Thursday when we noticed an invading colony of ants in the kitchen. The owner answered the phone. Me: "I don't know what to tell you except that ants invaded our kitchen in the night. Used to, we would just sweep and put a chalk line and they would leave. But now we have a _toddler_." Owner: Laughs. "I understand." He went on to tell me some options, explained that they specialize in child and pet-safe services, and scheduled me in their next slot, which happened to be Monday. I was impressed that he has such confidence in his staff, because he told me he was sending out their best person. I set up an automatic credit card payment and a maintenance plan, which came with a significant discount. When the tech arrived exactly on time on Monday, he assessed the situation, explained what he was doing, the type of ants, what we could do to help, and how soon we should see results. He told me that we should call if there was a recurrence. The following week we had a voicemail from the company checking to make sure all was well. We feel really great about this company. I feel secure knowing that if ants or other bugs invade before our next scheduled service, all we have to do is call.

Use this company!!! I can't say enough good things about Triangle Pest. I had been seeing 'flying ants' in both of our bathrooms, and a friend of ours suspected they were termites. I called Triangle immediately - based on the great reviews on Angies List. I got to talk to the owner, Donnie - He was the nicest guy, and I could tell from the initial conversation this would be a good experience. He had his main inspector, Mike, at my house within a few hours - who actually called and verified that he could come several hours earlier than originally estimated. He checked our house and crawlspace, and verified the bugs in question were not termites. He did not try to 'sell' a treatment package like I expected, but instead gave us several home improvement tips in general we could do ourself that would help improve/prevent the problem. (This is the main reason I love and now trust them!). He did explain preventative treatment packages we could use - and the prices and plan was reasonable compared to several other companies I researched. He did not charge me anything for coming out, since he did not have to do a full termite inspection or any work. I completely did not expect this - as no one helps anyone 'for free' now-a-days.....he could have told me I had a major infestation and charged us big bucks to treat it - and I never would have been the wiser. I just love that an honest company still exists that has sweet, down-to-earth employees. After we implement some of his suggestions ourself, we absolutely will be using this company for our long-term needs and recommending them to all of our friends. Thank you Donnie and Mike!!

They came by and looked at the chimney to see what kind of equipment they needed. They ordered it and when it came in which was in a couple of days. They came over and installed it and billed me for the amount. The price was slightly less than they had originally quoted. I was satisfied with their service.

It was a great experience. Since we had it done a year ago, they came to do the re-inspection, which was a great experience also. They were very good at explaining things.

The price was high - but Ken found several other nests for us. And provided some other assistance, informational as well that we needed. Ken was wonderful. Would request him again. He knows his stuff!

Company originally came out in response to a HUGE pest problem in our newly purchased house, and did a terrific job. Walked through the entire area with us, pointing out potential problems we could resolve (overhanging trees, etc.), and baited/sprayed everywhere. Were very responsive to concerns about our cats and our child's room, and took care there. We've had them out every quarter since then (at 85), and it's well worth the money. They guarantee their work, so if you see a bug before your next appointment, you call and they come out (quickly) and re-spray for free. We're very happy with this company!

Mike was very professional and helpful. He answered all of our questions and was quick to get back to us on the phone when we called him with questions. Carlos and his helper covered everything they were supposed to and left behind no mess. We had 5 different companies come out to do inspections and give us estimates. Mike and his crew were the least expensive and most professional group we interviewed. We were very happy with them.

I highly recommend Triangle Pest Control. Donnie Shelton (the owner, I think) came out to estimate a spot termite treatment for the sale of our home. He was very professional and was comfortable to work with. He was very interested in understanding our specific situation and problem so he could tailor the treatment. I asked for an estimate for both a spot treatment and one for the whole house, if needed, to appease the buyers. He recommended liquid treatment to be most effective, but called me back later to recommend baiting, which was considerably cheaper. He had been thinking about the drainage in our crawl space, and decided that baiting would be more appropriate in our particular case. The Triangle guy came out quickly. He was very neat and clean. I liked the low residue and bait treatments because my grand kids come over and play at our house. At the end, they did a walk-around with me showing what was done and what I should do myself with trees and bushes, etc. I liked that they explained to me what they were doing. They called me two weeks later to see if everything was okay and that my pest problem was fixed. It was refreshing to get some old fashioned good service for a change.
