The company was very responsive and came out and sprayed the entire yard for mosquitoes. I live near a creek and it made a huge difference in the summertime. The chemicals were pet-safe which was important for me. I highly recommend this company.

Triangle Pest Control is a very professional organization. They are very considerate, and will happily reschedule your service if there is impending rain, so the treatment is not immediately washed off. The only negative for me is that they are a little expensive, but not out of the range of other providers. Secondly, they require you to commit to a monthly recurring program and will not do 1-time treatments. You can cancel at any time without penalty, but it would be nice to be able to only commit up front to the summer months only, without having to remember to call and cancel. But, in the whole scheme of things, not a big deal. I will say that we used 3 different companies the year before this year, and they were the only company that we had results with (decrease in mosquitos). I won't say the mosquitos were completely eliminated, but they were significantly reduced.

They are always friendly and helpful.

The appointment was relatively easy to schedule, though I did it a few weeks in advance. The man who came to spray was knowledgable and receptive to my questions/concerns.

They were attentive and professional throughout on every level, from consultation to job performed to billing methods.

They are very prompt. The ants are gone within a day.

When I called, the person I spoke to was friendly but I felt like I was talking to a telemarketer. I called about a coackroach problem, but he immediately started talking about the wide range (of unrelated) pests that their "home plus" treatment kills (I knew I was about to be "up-sold"). I told him I was only interested in a one-time treatment because we were going to be moving soon. The salesman told me that they ONLY did work with a 1 year service contract and would not do a one-time or short term treatment. The price was $27/mo ($324 a year + setup fee) and that right now he would "waive" the usual $127 "initial setup fee". I told the salesman I was not interested, and he politely let me go. The sales guy was nice, nothing against him -- I do have a problem with their business model. They have the right to operate their business however they like, but there's NO WAY I'm going to agree to a one-year full-service contract when I only have a small problem and I haven't seen their work. If they came and did a good job, maybe I would consider a discounted service plan afterwards, but definitely not before that. Its just not worth the price of admission.

I got them off Angie's List. If I have any problem in the middle, they come out and take care of it. They are very professional. They know what they are doing. They seem to be spot on when they show up and take care of things.

I would highly recommend them to others. They backup as well as guarantee their work. I have no bee slipping whatsoever whenever they work. I would use them again in the future.

I highly recommend Triangle Pest Control, LLC. They are treating my house for termites. The are very professional. I have not seen one termite since they have been out. They were quick and did a good job. I have no complaints. I will use them again in the future.

We are having our crawlspace encapsulated soon and since the house is 13 years old and hasn't been treated since construction we thought having it treated before encapsulation might be a good idea. Our contractor for that job agreed so after checking reviews here on the list we contacted Triangle Pest Control. Eli came out quickly and gave the house a thorough inspection. He saw no signs of termite activity and explained that he could see going either way on treating or not. After seeing active termites in some wood in the yard we decided to go ahead and treat. The young guys who came to do the work were courteous and efficient. They did the work just as explained by Eli. To find one nit to pick, they could have closed up their trenches more neatly; they simply kicked the dirt back in and then whipped their shoes off on roots in the yard. But, not matter, I was pleased with the job.

They've been doing pretty good. The quality of their service was really good. I will continue to use their service in the future.

I sometimes have to remind the service people where I want them to treat. I don't think I should have to mention that to them. They are here promptly right on time and the people have been very good. We will continue to use their services in the future for our pest control.

We were having issues with roaches. We treated our rental property with boric acid and it seemed to take care of the problem. But when we saw a coupon from Triangle Pest Control on Angie's list, we decided to have a professional come to treat the property. The person was punctual and did a complete investigation. We haven't heard any complaints from the renters, so we believe that the treatment has worked.

The initial treatment did not go well. The technician did a quick sweep and left within 10 minutes, 4 of those he spent in the truck on his phone. This is my 4th year contracting with this company. I called the main office and the supervisor agreed to come out with the technician to re-do the service treatment. The second treatment went as expected. The technician actually went around the house and sprayed the area. The rain barrel received the treatment as needed. The trees and shrubs were treated, as expected. The service has been hit or miss over the years. The company is responsive when I call but the quality of service depends on who is assigned to the area. When it's done right, it's great. But to get it done right, requires that I supervise.

They seem to be pretty knowledgeable. I first starting using them because of an indoor infestation of house ants. They have come around quarterly ever since. It has been about a year and a half to two years. You never completely eliminate pests from a house, but I see less cockroaches, spiders, and ants around the house. They are a little bit pricey, but for what it's worth, they do a good job.

After being verified with a supervisor that I lived within their service area I scheduled an appointment. When the appointment time arrived I was contacted by the company that their district manager had informed them that I was not within their service area and that they could not do business in my area. I'm very disappointed since most every review I read was nothing but good. Please note, I live in northern Durham county.

The man who came out said, "My boss says we can't do this, we won't honor the Angie's List coupon and you need to refund this coupon with Angie's List and then pay us directly." I told them to leave and I won't be using their services.

They offer a wide range of services. They offered a more natural treatment. It was reasonable. They are very knowledgeable and well trained and certified.

The guys arrived from Triangle Pest Control. Both introduced themselves and explained in detail what they would be doing. We went over the contract and all questions were answered to my satisfaction. Everything was completed in a timely manner as explained. My experience was very positive and I will use them again in the future. The company's customer service is excellent and very professional.

The house is thirteen years old so they treated again because inspection was originally done by the builder. They drilled every twelve inches around the house, under the house and treated it. They filled the hole with concrete. It was a very good experience all around. We had no problems. They came when they said they were going to come. They were very thorough explaining what they were doing and why. They answered our questions. The sales guy was really good. When I called him with a question and if he didn't answer, he would call me back. They were very reliable. The vapor barrier they used is bigger than some of them. We have a service agreement with them. Their price was comparable.
