Triangle Pest Control LLC

I moved into a property in Wake Forest, NC that had been neglected by the Management Property & the out of state owner. After contacting the 3 highest-rated Pest Control Companies on Angie's List & 3 from another source, I chose Triangle. They provided the most convenience, the highest level of both service & responsiveness as well as the capabilities necessary to exterminate existing pests while managing the threat of forest-related pests right outside our back door. I've been thoroughly impressed with their ability to respond - typically, a request for follow-up service is addressed within a business day. I sincerely hope I don't need them when we move into our new home, but if I do, I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

I had difficulty with this company from the initial contact. I scheduled the service that I bought and also had scheduled an additional termite inspection for the same day. When the technician showed up he was not prepared to do the termite inspection and had not been told that he was doing that service as well. He was very accomodating and did go around the garage and outside. Later that day another technician came and went under the house. I am not sure how long that should have taken, but he stayed for such a short time that I wondered if he was thorough. The 4 services were performed as I had paid for, but in the entire 19 years I have lived in my home I have never had so many spiders and ants inside and outside the house. The explaination was the weather, but I had never used a service before and there certainly was similiar weather in 19 years. I was not sure about the amount of the final bill they sent me, but I paid it and discontinued the service.

They were friendly on the phone and scheduled at our convenience. We rarely noticed that they had been to our house except that the blood suckers were gone!

I purchased the big deal for termidor. Mike came to the house and did the inspection and final estimate. They kept the price at the big deal level even though I suspect there were a couple things about our house that made it more complicated. We set a time for the work and the service guy came out on time, did the work, cleaned up and finished at the time they told me.

The company was professional and performed the contracted services as expected. The contract renewed automatically without advance notice so there was an additional charge at a much higher quarterly rate than in comparison with the original contract price. We did not continue the service and opted instead to use a different service. There were no problems with the quality and service of the company but the renewal issue was a disappointment.

They were gracious about my deciding not to proceed with the service after they came to my house, and Angies List quickly refunded my money. So no harm, no foul.

Great Company & service. After reviewing different options, we went with the Healthy Home service. The plan includes three visits a year and they will make additional unscheduled trips if you spot anything crawling around. We live on a very wooded lot and dealt with pests for years until we hired Triangle Pest Control. Every person from the company that we've dealt with has been very knowable and professional.

They came out on time and did a great job. I would recommend them.

Their people were very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Their performance of the services couldn't have gone better. My only complaint is that they automatically renew service if you don't call and cancel. I suppose that's my fault, but it'd be nice if they had called and checked. Their actual service fees are almost 4x what I paid for a full year, so that's too expensive for me (since I don't really need to worry about termites too much with my foundation.

This system continues to be entirely satisfactory. In addition the company will spray inside the house for any and all pests; however during the last visit, it was not necessary for them to perform this service.

We've contracted with Triangle Pest Control for quarterly service visits and have been using them for the past two years. Triangle provided us with an email reminder days before the scheduled visit. As a result, we remembered to keep a crawl space door unlocked for the technician. All went well and the technician left behind a card confirming the visit. There have been several occasions when a single visit did not resolve a pest problem. Each time Triangle made return visits at no additional charge until the problem was resolved. We've been very pleased with their service.

I had noticed some swarms of flying insects by our driveway this spring so my husband and I decided to use the coupon for a free termite inspection. Good thing we did because during the inspection a couple of termite tunnels were found going up the foundation wall in the crawl space under our house! The foundation was treated all around our house and we have been very pleased with the results thus far. Didn't see any ants in the kitchen this summer either like during the past summers. So glad we called Triangle Pest Control! The technician that came was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. I do apolgize for taking so long to write this recommendation. We highly recommend this company.

They came out on and did a great job.

The method used was not effective. We saw more bugs withing 2 weeks. They came to redo but the results were the same. This was a prepaid deal. I do not remember the exact cost.

The technician explained how the service would be done and then sprayed. It went very well and we have no complaints.

I was incredibly disappointed. The deal was for a vapor barrier installation and debris removal from the crawl space. The vapor barrier was a thin plastic sheet that 1) did not reach the edge of the crawl space, leaving at least a foot of exposed dirt around the edges, 2) overlapping pieces were not sealed together, and 3) the sheet was "nailed" to the DIRT crawl space floor with carpet tacks. This essentially punctured hundreds of holes in the crawl space. In addition, the debris was not removed, they merely placed the sheet under or over the small amount of rocks/boards in the crawl space. The reason I didn't fail the overall experience is because when I sent pictures to the company of the work done, they refunded my money and apologize, so A for responsiveness and professionalism. I think however they should stay in the business of pest control and not basements.

My wife called and spoke with a very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful lady who offered same day service (sometime before 9:00 p.m.) if we felt it necessary, put suggested the timing on an appointment two days later would be more predictable. Since no critters were within sight at the time, my wife chose the appointment. We received an e-mail confirmation with complete instructions on what we needed to do before the visit, all common sense things that only required me to crank up the leaf blower briefly before the appointment. Our ?go to guy? (he is now at our beckon call if a living bug should appear!), Ryan, arrived exactly on time. He was very friendly admiring our hoard ? uh, pack of pups and professional, listening to all of our concerns, answering every question and tailoring his plan of attack as we talked. He ended up spraying possible paths of entry and corners with an odorless pet safe (after 15 minutes on floor, 5 minutes on carpet) liquid, sprinkling (you guessed it!) pet safe granules around the perimeter of the house, and putting down mouse bait stations in the pet inaccessible attic, garage, and crawlspace (where he was very complementary of the plastic vapor barrier I had just finished replacing!). He used mouse bait that makes any rodent thirsty enough to thoughtfully leave the house BEFORE they turned into smelly, lifeless, fuzzy, mouse mush. Throughout the process, he explained each step to me and assured me our wildlife including the bushy tail rodents (both terrestrial bird feeder robbers and flying), rabbits, owls, ?possums, raccoons, hawks, foxes, snakes (unfortunately since we only seem to have copperheads), lizards, deer, coyotes, lions, tigers, and bears would be safe. I gladly signed a one year contract that allows us to call our ?go to guy? at the sight of any bug or noxious varmint, and will bring him out automatically each quarter to treat for each seasonal pests. I was very pleased! Epilogue: Our ?go to guy? said to give the spray two weeks to work before expecting all of the bugs to gone completely, but that very same evening as I walked down the stairs, I found a dying cockroach belly up That?s the only way we have found any of them since Triangle was here. I am very pleased with their service and both my wife and daughter have our ?go to guy?s? phone number tattooed on the wrists! Life is good!

We noticed a very significant drop in mosquito population around our house for a few months, considering we normally have quite a mosquito problem. They were very polite and seemed like a great team to work with. I was interested in getting several additional treatments throughout the summer and fall, but they were not willing to do this -- only way to get additional treatments was a year-long contract, with treatments year-round. Since we don't have mosquitos in the winter or early spring, I wasn't interested in paying for these additional treatments, so we declined the treatment plan.

It was a very good experience - I will do it again next Spring.

Had same service last year monthly over serveral months. The process really does make the yard inhabitable for humans--no more mosquitos. On one of the first visits the technician spent a lot of time complaining that the special deal was too cheap for them to spray the yard. The deal was established and they gained my patronage so am not sure why he (not being the owner) would waste his and my time in that way. He did an excellent job as have the other technicians.

This one time treatment really did the trick. We did NOT have our usual summer cockroach invasion, and invasion in which we usually lose. This was a good, professional company, with an effective treatment.

I have used them for several years for regular pest control and annual termite inspection. The technicians and office staff are consistently professional. They always call before they come to my home and always follow up to make sure I am pleased. The service is excellent and we are pest free.

It went very well and more than served the purpose of keeping our deck free of mosquitoes and other unpleasant creatures so it was a pleasant place to be.

I do not use them anymore. They did not do anything wrong particularly, just that somebody else came along and I went with them. They were great. I would give them 10/10, but I just went with the other provider. I never had a personal interaction with them, I never saw them, I was always at work, they would call me and said they were coming, they arrived, they did and they left and I would come home and it was done.

I used one of those coupon deals when I found out that I had termites. What I like about the rep is that he did not use a fear tactic like another company did. He told me exactly how termites do their damage and what I needed to effectively treat the problem. Usually, the exterminators scare you into spending as much money as possible. He could have sold me a higher package but he didn't. My termite problem was taken care of for half the cost of what the other company quoted. Integrity goes a long way in business and that rep's integrity got me to write this review!
