I had been seeing some spiders, roaches, and other pests in my home. I purchased a one time service from Triangle Pest Control as a Big Deal. The employee who provided the service was punctual, professional, and very knowledgable about his profession. I ended up extending this to a year long service, which waived the normal $250 introduction fee. With this, I get serviced 3 times a year, plus any additional service as needed, for $17 a month, which I can continue to extend.

Service was great and appreciated that they arrived in a timely fashion.

Went very well. The young man who came out was on time and completed his task in a professional manner. He was both personable and knowledgeable. He answered my many questions in a pleasant manner and displayed no impatience to quickly "get on his way."

He did the job very well and within the terms of the deal. He was very thorough and covered inside/outside of my home. He answered all of my questions that I had. Overall it was a good experience.

It went well. The exterminator was polite and patient, answering all my questions. He was prompt, and did not take an undue amount of time to complete the task. As promised, there was very little odor from the chemicals. We have a very minor problem, generally seeing outside insects coming in only in the spring and fall, but I have seen NO bugs since the treatment. I'm hoping that this continues. If their treatment is as effective as it seems, I will probably have them come back in the fall.

They did a great job. They did a phenomenal job.

Triangle Pest has been cooperative and easy to work with for mosquito treatment. Our yard was practically uninhabitable for months of the year and this treatment has allowed us to enjoy the yard all the time. Price is not cheap, but competitive with other providers. They do it monthly and will return as needed to respond the return of mosquitos (typically after lots of wet weather).

Technician Ben arrived exactly on time. He was extremely professional and friendly. He was knowledgeable and very effective in helping me to understand various potential pest issues. Work work was performed quickly and efficiently; no mess, no odor, no problem. I would definitely recommend Triangle Pest and would use them again myself.

We used Triangle Pest to spray for mosquitos and they did a great job. There was a noticeable reduction in mosquitos around our home. In fact, we recommended them to many neighbors and friends in the area who also signed up with them (at least 5) over the past year. However they "bait and switched" us and refused to provide the same service this year for the same price or even near it. They said the old service (which was already priced a bit steep IMO at $65/mth) was no longer available and they only had a more comprehensive service offer available for $99 per month. I told them we just wanted what they use to do for us for the old price or something more reasonable. They refused. Compounding our frustration (and beyond the fact that we referred a ton of business to them) was that our yard and spray area is small, compared to most of our neighbors, but they did not care.

They refused to perform the service I was requesting.

Triangle Pest Control LLC are great. I like them. They are honest and they do what they say they are going to do. They have a general house plan where they come 4 times a year and if you see something, you can call them like when the winter came, the mice came inside the house and we called them and I don't know where the mice have gone. They professionally take care of a problem and don't make a big deal out of it. They come in a truck with their name on it. Their are a people's people, they are very nice. They are definitely worth moving. They send you an email before they come and then you can change the date if you want. They are very responsive to what your desires are.

I used them through a big deal on Angie's List. They were awesome, and the price was superb. He did a great job. He even did a little bit extra. It cost more money, but he said he would be absolutely happy to do it, instead of saying no, he couldn’t and that he had to schedule that.

Courteous, punctual, efficient service.

After the first spray we did actually see some insects and they came back out and they did, another spray and we have been clean ever since. I think they are a very conscientious company. They have a very good customer service and they care very much about their product and the satisfaction of their customers. They stand behind their service. The price is reasonable.

No change in pests - no impact at all.

From the salesman who initially came to our home to the technician who did the prevention service, Triangle Pest Control performed in a very professional and personable manner.

They measured the size and I was told that I need to pay additional $400.

The man who came out knew what he was doing re. roach extermination. We were not bothered by roaches again all summer..

They were very good. I had no problem with them. I even used them for an extra month after this service was complete.

I discontinued the service because they weren’t sweeping down the cob webs like they said they would. The treatment didn’t seem to be taking hold. We weren’t seeing any effect on the insects like the ants. The service ended back in September or October. But they continued to come out and sent me bills for that. So I discontinued the service. It took several calls to do that. They responded by coming out when I needed them to. It was a real hassle when the time came to cancel the service.
