They arrived and thoroughly searched the house. They found that the roaches, which were appearing about once a day, were all of a type that doesn't live in houses, so they were coming in from outside. They sealed off all but one available entrance, and we've been nearly roach free since. Given that all of this was only a bit over $100 (with an Angie's List coupon), you couldn't do much better.

They were punctual and professional.

Second visit. On time, professional, Even with the incredibly wet weather, mosquitoes are not a problem any more.

I called Triangel Pest Control because I was having a problem with Palmetto bugs, ants, wasps, and wood roaches. I had moved into a house that had been vacant for some time and is on a heavily wooded lot. I received a return call within an hour, and after business hours. Triangle Pest Control said they did not have any appointment slots for the next day, but that if I could be flexible on the time, they would fit me in between appointments. My service provider was Mark. Since I did not have an official appointment, he called me 30 minutes before arriving to see if the time would work. When he arrived, he was dressed neatly in a company "Polo" style shirt and khakis. He listened to my concerns, and asked me questions about concerns I had made to the sales representative. Mark provided advice on how I could reduce the number of pests getting into my house and signs to look for that a pest problem is developing. He sprayed inside and out, set traps, and even swept all of the cobwebs out from under my roof overhang and gutters. Mark advised that it would take about a week for me to see the full results of the treatment. When paying the bill, all forms were on a tablet Mark had, and I was able to receive copies instantly through my email. I did have to correct him on the price for the Angie's List deal, but he was agreeable to making the changes without seeing any sort of documentation or proof, and did apologize for the oversight. The day before the treatment I was seeing 7-10 bugs a day. The afternoon after treatment I saw 5-7, and the day after treatment the number had dropped to about 4. I have seen only 3 in the last 4 days. However, Triangle Pest Control warranties their work, so they will return free of charge if my pest problem persists. They also sent an in-company review request, to ensure I had good service. I have signed up for their continued treatments and am extremely pleased with the overall experience. The only one not happy is my cat, as Triangle Pest Control has removed his "live entertainment"!

They did a good job and I had sent in a payment to Angie's List for that and when they did the job they didn't take that out, I thought it was a little high. But then sometime later they sent me a check for that amount I sent to Angie's List, so everything worked out.

I was very happy with the product that they used. I'm using them again this year but they've since then changed that service; they no longer offer you. They are offering a more comprehensive service that is about $40 more expensive per month and I'm not real pleased with that because I just wanted mosquito treatment and now I'm not having to pay 30 percent more to get the same thing I want, that I was getting last year. It's a more comprehensive treatment that includes ants and some other things, but I didn't want that. So I'm probably not going to continue using their service this year.

It went very well. Ryan was very professional. He listened to our concerns and then took time to explain things in detail for us. He pointed out problems areas we had where we could do things to prevent bugs getting access inside the house. He explained what he was doing and how he was treating the rooms as he went along. This was extremely helpful for us as we have a small dog that likes to explore, so we are now aware of areas that are off limits.

The outdoor pest control guy came and did great service. He sprayed comfortably and carefully, and the service really worked - our back yard used to sound like a crazed insect party, and now it's totally quiet. However, we bought the healthyhome service, and they were booked to come at 10am. They turned up at 9:30am. I asked if they could come back in half an hour. He said no, because he had 'other jobs he had to get to.' My wife and I had to turn them away, which sucks. They said they'd call back. They didn't. Apparently half an hour is too much to ask, and being on time is asking too much. I was having breakfast. Apparently that didn't fit into their schedule.

Called in early a.m. to take advantage of their same-day service and was only able to leave message; after two hours with no response, I dug up the number for their local Durham office and called them. Left a message there. Two more hours, no response to either message. Called another company and the guy responded in 30 minutes and came out the following day at a time convenient for me. It's now been about 36 hours since I first contacted Triangle Pest Control and I have not heard back at all. If you need someone quickly, or even at all, don't waste your time here.

The original service was performed in late April, following an Angie's List coupon sale. Triangle contacted me promptly, they arranged the visit, the visit was on-time and the technician was professional. Unfortunately, we had problems about a month later' Triangle returned and took care of the problem under warranty. Again, they were prompt and professional.

Prompt service and highly professional! Tech arrived on time and did an extremely thorough job. Decided to purchase a yearly contract from them without hesitation. Looking forward to an insect and pest free residence for years to come. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

First time customer. Took advantage of the "Big Deal" offer. The team was very professional and informative. I appreciate the fact that they use eco-friendly/pet friendly products. This is key. The treatment seems to be working well. Therefore, I have signed up for an annual treatment service.

It turned out fine, they were good. I called the same day I bought the deal and they already had my information. They were able to come two days later when I wanted them. They came on time. They sprayed for ants and I have not seen ants since.
