Service went as scheduled, and scheduling was easy. Very courteous personnel both on the phone and providing the service. I'm not at all sure the safeLawn treatment was terribly effective as it rained and rained and rained for days directly after the lawn was treated. But that is certainly not their fault.

I requested Triangle Pest Control come back as we noticed some bugs after their initial service. The tech didn't get back to me the same day, so I called their office and scheduled a service call. He came back out as scheduled re-applied in the areas we noticed some bugs. I didn't meet him personally on this 2nd trip although I was there for the initial treatment. He was friendly and professional. He suggested waiting for the initial treatment to have an effect before calling in the future.

Due to frequent rain, we had to reschedule the first appointment. I had been seeing some roaches on the interior and was concerned about the problem escalating while on vacation the following week. The receptionist and provider were flexible and responsive and came out that day to do the interior treatment with an agreement to come back when it was drier to treat the outside for mosquitoes etc. Again, they were punctual and communicative and the treatments have been very effective. I would definitely use them again.

They came out and determined there are no bed bugs, so no treatment is necessary. They were nice to deal with and were responsive.

It went great and continues to go great. If I have a problem with pests, I normally receive a response within 24 hours.

Jake from Triangle Pest Control came out to the house to perform a one-time pest prevention service. Jake was very polite and professional - he took his shoes off at the front door, and that's certainly one way to win me over. We talked a little bit about my needs, what kinds of pests we were seeing, etc, and then he went through the house and sprayed. He also spent some time outside, treating areas around the house, and under the house. I was very pleased with the service, and though I didn't end up signing up for any extended services, only because we don't have a lot of pest control issues, I thought about it, and appreciated him taking the time to talk with me about my options. The first treatment did not seem to take, so I did ask if he would come back out - we were still seeing some of the pests that talked with them about initially. Although I suppose that they could have charged us for a follow-up visit, they did not, and that was very much appreciated. I asked Jake if he would treat the attic and the crawl space again, and he did, and everything seems to be great.

The person did not arrive at the scheduled time and did not call to let us know that he was running late; found out after he arrived that he apparently did not have the right phone number to contact us. Once he arrived, he said he would look around to see where pests might be entering the house. He found one area that concerned him and told us what we needed to do to close it off. He then provided some bait traps (similar to ones we picked up at Home Depot) to put out and gave us some good tips of moving them around every couple of days so that the critters would not get used to seeing them in just one spot. On his way out the door, he mentioned noticing a dead tree trunk on our property that had some ants and termites in it. He mentioned the additional cost that his company would charge for eliminating the critters. I received an email from the company indicating that I needed to pay the $99.00. Since I had already done that on Angie's List page when I purchased the "big deal", and stated I was an Angie's List customer when I called to make arrangements for the service, I immediately called the company to let them know I had already paid. Apparently they forgot to indicate that information on my invoice (?), which was why I received the email indicating I needed to pay for the service. They apologized for the mix-up. Although the young man was very nice, as was the person I talked with to make arrangements for the service, it just did not seem like enough was done to help me rid myself of the pests.

Treated interior and exterior/yard for insects. Had no real issues inside prior to treatment, outside treatment seemed to help for 3-4 weeks as advertised.

We purchased this deal when we were having lots of tiny black ants making their way inside along with spiders, large cockroaches, and other pests. After just one treatment, we stopped seeing almost all of the bugs. We were so pleased with how the interior chemicals didn't leave behind an odor (and were kid friendly - we have a preschooler and toddler) that we got a contract with them. They come out to treat the property again regularly and, if we see any issues in between visits, they come out for free. We also have a very slow moving creek behind the house that made our backyard unusuable in the summer due to all the mosquitos. Their safelawn service has allowed us to actually go out there again! Also, we really like that they cover fleas, ticks, and fire ants (some other services we saw only list mosquitos). Every service person who has come out has been professional and respectful of the house.

Very professional and courteous service provider. Prompt, and thorough. Use them and you will be happy (and critter-free)!!

Within four or five days I saw quite a difference in the number of dead bugs in the house and a migration and "death trail" of fire ants in my yard. The few straggling bugs I have seen since then were looking sluggish and close to death. I am hoping this lasts for the promised 6 months. The service person was very polite and courteous. He came when promised and called 15 minutes ahead as agreed. The email also contained the name of the service person which was verified both during the phone call and when he presented himself at the door. There were no strong smells or unpleasant odors and both my dog and cat did not seem affected by the product.

I thought the price of $79 was fair but in that I still have mosquitos 12 days after the treatment, I think the price is lousy. I am so disappointed. I really wanted to trust Triangle Pest Control. The mosquitos at my house are horrible. (1) The treatment was 7-16-2013. (2) On 7-26-2013, I emailed the company and told them the mosquitos were back. (3) I was told they would be back to perform a second application on 8-16-2013. No one seemed to care that I still had mosquitos. I thought their service was guaranteed. I guess I was wrong. My 78 year old mom was in the backyard for 15 minutes this afternoon (7-28-2013) and was eaten alive. She is sick with mosquito bites now and is laying in bed. I will have to call a different company Monday. And this time I will find a company that stands behind their work.

I have them come out on an ongoing basis. They are reliable and decent in price. They come when I need them. I did ask about mosquito control and it was too expensive.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. It was positive and worked out fine. They did a good job.

My wife has a few small items stored in the crawl space and they said that those would have to be moved out of there before they could do the vapor area. I said that is not a problem and I asked them to go ahead and take them out while they were down there. The guy said that they would have to charge a fee for that and I said that is okay, I was thinking it would not be much. They wanted to charge in the neighborhood of $200 an hour. I told them that I was not going to do it. I thought about it and called a couple of other companies and I did engage a firm to do the vapor area. If I cannot trust them to be fair and reasonable with that cost. I am not sure that I can trust them with my vapor area. I would not use them again.

The service went as expected.

After some initial confusion on the part of the scheduler, the technician, Laryan, arrived that afternoon. He was polite and very professional. He explained in detail what he was going to do and why, answered any and all of our questions with knowledge and patience, and then proceeded to methodically treat the house on the outside and inside for bug/pest prevention. Laryan also provided us with additional things we, as homeowners, could do to further prevent unwanted bugs from entering our home. My husband and I were very pleased with the quality of the service we received and we would highly recommend this company to our friends and neighbors.

The work Triangle Pest Control LLC did for us was perfect. They worked well with dealing with the rain. They were easy to communicate with about weather and when to get here. They guy who came was nice. I guess it was an uneventful interaction with a service provider, which makes it great.

The technician said it would 3-4 days to be fully effective, however the next day the ants were gone. It has been a week and we haven't seen any ants (fingers crossed). I went with the $111 one-time treatment special offered through the Angie's List site. The pest control company does mention their service contract a few times. Since the company was new to me and I have never had this problem before (plus I had a million other things going on), I really wasn't focused on that kind of commitment at that point. However, I was extremely impressed with them and if it seems we need regular treatment, I will consider a service contract. Overall, great experience.

It went awesome. They went above and beyond. Not only getting rid off the bees, which is why we originally called them, but also getting rid of the ants that had been plaguing our kitchen off an on since we moved in over a year ago. Not only did the eliminate the ants but they explain to us why we had such ant problems and what we could do to help prevent the attacks without having to call in the professionals again. It is a big plus for me when someone is willing to take the time and explain what is going on rather then trying to keep my business by keeping what they do a black box. On top of the services we paid for the service person offered to put up an ant barrier around the rest of the house, both inside and outside as well. Then on top of all that he noticed the spider webs which had taken over the outside of our house, we live in a forest, and with no prompting went around the entire exterior of the house wiping out all the spider webs. The service technician really seemed to enjoy his job and was great to talk to and ask questions from. Would most definitely call again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went well except that they charged us for the $111 that I had already paid to Angie's List. I did call yesterday and got it straightened out. So it turned out that they had credited us with $111 which I didn't know about. And then we signed up for their regular treatment for $30 a month. It was excellent. Everybody was really nice.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They came the first time and then we requested that they come back a second time after we still saw bugs after their first treatment. They were pretty responsive and did a good job. It probably was not perfect, but I don't know if it was their fault or something else. I think they were fine and pretty good. Every time I called them they were able to set up an appointment right away and they came on time. If there are things we are sometimes unhappy about, it may not always be the company's fault. Sometimes the chemicals they use don't always work 100-percent. They warranty the service for 30 days and we called them within 30 days so they came out the second time for free.

The company has an automated "phone tree" and I was kept on hold for a long period of time. The automated system offers the option of leaving a number and having a representative call back later, but I needed information so I waited on hold for someone to answer. When I finally was able to speak to a representative, she told me that although they are a termite control company, they do not and will not perform "wood destroying insect inspections". I have no idea why they refuse to do termite inspections for newly purchased homes, However, having to wait on hold for information on a termite inspection from a termite control company, then being told that they don't do inspections, is annoying to say the least. It would seem that they could put something in their automated, endlessly repeating phone answering system that would convey this information to people who are calling for termite inspections on a newly purchased home.
