Very prompt in scheduling, on time, listened. All good. Problem is that I found another fire ant hill in the yard and saw a roach in the house twice about a month after the treatment. When I called and asked about a re-treatment or warranty, I was told the warranty was 30 days and it was over (it was approx 40-45 days after treatment). They said they look into what they could do and would call back but didn't call back. Also, when the guy was over, I had him look at a couple dead wasps in my fireplace. He said the treatment didn't cover that and I don't recall him offering a good suggestion. So, back to the service, the treatment might have worked for 30 days (probably did), they were prompt and pleasant, and they did what they promised on paper so I can't really give them a bad grade. I just don't think I'll hire them again.

Triangle Pest Control contacted my promptly when I requested their service. I was impressed by the thoroughness of the technician Ryan. He explained what he was going to do and what I can expect from their service. He took his time going through the inside and outside of my home and gave me tips on what I could do to prevent any pests from entering. Overall I was very pleased and am continuing my business with this company.

They came out and treated my home for pests one day and due to rain, came another day to treat the lawn.

He showed up on time and was very professional. Provided the extermination and we have not had any issues since.

Andy arrived when he said he would and was very thorough and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

As our technician mentioned , we did need to call back in 10 days to have the ants re-sprayed, both inside and in the yard. He returned as scheduled and was very courteous. A full treatment was done ,no questions asked. It was more than I expected. The company assigns one technician per area so its nice to establish a rapport with just one person. Since then we have not had any more ants inside.,however, I'll need to call again to have the back yard retreated. There are fewer ant hills , I can see that when I mow the lawn, the machine will sheer the top off a hill and they'll spread to another spot. I understand how it will take multiple applications to fully rid of them, or nearly rid of them. The inside ant and millipede problem has been resolved. Over all Triangle Pest is a very professional company, with prompt service and at a fair cost.

My wife found that she was quite sensitive to the spray. Would have been much better to have been out of the house for 24 hours. We still find some ants in the kitchen and roaches on the deck, although much less than before.

They did a very good job and I was pleased, but I think there was a misunderstanding. I purchased a coupon for them to come out and the misunderstanding was that I thought after that particular time frame it was over and done with, but they apparently thought they were going to do it forever. When I called and talked to them they dealt with it right away and that was the end of the issue.

Jake A. arrived at 9 am and worked without stopping until 4:30 pm! He was under out 2400 square foot home installing a vapor barrier. Once done with that at 5:00 pm, he proceeded to apply mosquito control to the many plantings in our yard. It was hot and sweaty and itchy work and he did it all with a smile. He cleaned everything up. He used my Angie's List coupon for the mosquito control even tho there were some issues with the expiration date We have use Triangle Pest Control for several years and they are fantastic Great customer service and excellent results every time.

They were professional and prompt. They answered all of our questions and the service went exactly as they described. Triangle worked within our schedule and gave us a guarantee. I would definitely use them again and recommend them for this service.

The service appointment went just as expected. Bryan was very polite, punctual, and professional and explained everything that he was going to do to treat the yard and house. Even reminded me that I had not removed the lock, so he could ensure he would treat the crawl space under the house.

Our first experience with Triangle Pest Control was for the above service related to an Angie's List Big Deal.. They were very quick to respond to our call and came out right away. They provide super customer service. I don't think you can really go wrong with them. We use them now regularly for mosquito and other pest treatments. They are terrific.

It was great---I had to reschedule a few times because of weather but the gentleman that came out was friendly and professional. He gave me some tips on how to keep the mosquito breeding down- i.e. eliminate standing water

Provider told us what the insect was, but was unable to work on that type of insect.

Was punctual, professional, and eliminated the problem. Ants were gone the next day, which was the main concern. He was very knowledgeable and personable.

It turned out fine. I was very happy with the result.

The tech showed up on time but was only able to complete the inside portions of the job due to rain. We rescheduled the outdoor treatment for a later date and that went well also.

All went well. They did the work as promised at the scheduled time. They were very professional.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. There were no additional charges when they visited but I added the once every 4 month treatment. They did a great job. They gave advice on other things to make sure the pests didn't get in the house. With the other thing I bought, they will come back and treat if I see anything. I was very happy with it. They came pretty quickly and they were very friendly on the phone.

Things went well. They fiixed the issue.

They went to the wrong house. I don’t think it was a great job since it was supposed to be for mosquitos and roaches, but they are still here. I do not think it worked. They were nice and professional though. Maybe they just need to change their chemicals.

I requested Triangle Pest Control come back as we noticed some bugs after their initial service. The tech didn't get back to me the same day, so I called their office and scheduled a service call. He came back out as scheduled re-applied in the areas we noticed some bugs. I didn't meet him personally on this 2nd trip although I was there for the initial treatment. He was friendly and professional. He suggested waiting for the initial treatment to have an effect before calling in the future.
