The Triangle Pest Control representative was punctual and responsive to questions and concerns. They were able to quickly pinpoint issue and address them in a timely manner. Triangle Pest Control offers warranty services and will return to the property at no charge of any issues persists after the services are administered. As such, a representative quickly returned a few weeks after an initial visit to help address a wasp nest problem. The agent was honest and offered advise on how best to address the problem and accepted no payment for the advise. The issue was addressed, based on his advise, at no cost. Highly recommended!

The follow-up and communication with company contact was great, answered all questions and worked with my schedule. The young man who performed work was very knowledgeable and professional. Offered good advise on the ant problem we had, he did mention that 'normally' he has Zerro ant traps on the truck but did not have any that day? and the granuals to be dispersed in crawl space were only at one end of house and did not remove vents to throw a little around the rest of house? Overall ok service but with these deals you get what you pay for, the ants are gone and Triangle Pest Control is great to do business with.

There were a lot of bugs under our mulched area, this was the primary reason we called them. But the service plan only involved covering the exterior of the house. The service was good but now what we expected.

When the first guy came out (Brandon), he was very professional, but did not do all the services promised. He sent me an email two days later explaining that I needed to get a SafeLawn treatment, which I thought I already had gotten. When he was there, I also asked him to get rid of two yellow jacket nests on my house and he didn't do that either. I emailed him back but did not get a response. So I called the company number and explained my problem. I also explained that the pests were decreasing, but still rather plentiful for a week post treatment. The lady answering the phones told me she had erroneously left off the SafeLawn from the work order and would send someone else out right away to get it done and get the house redone. I did ask for another technician. This time I got someone else and he took care of the yellow jackets, redid the whole house and did the lawn treatment. The yellow jackets were gone and no longer coming back to look for their lost home in 2 days and we haven't seen anything but dead stuff since he left. Although the first tech was less than promised, the company stood behind their products and service and got it done right.

We had just had out house painted and some general repair work done in preparation for the painting. When they replaced the door to our crawlspace the repairman had mentioned that we might have termites. So, I called Triangle Pest Control to come out and have a look. The call to set up the appointment went very well, courteous and everything you'd want. The morning of the appointment I got a voicemail (I didn't answer as I was in a meeting) saying that the inspector who was to do the work had to call off as they had a sick child at home. They would be happy to reschedule at a very early date, but hated to leave me waiting. If I could bump up the time by about an hour then the head inspector for the company would be happy to drive out and take a look. An hour was not a problem, it was on a Friday afternoon and I was going to work from home that afternoon anyway, so I said to come on by. Mike showed up right on time. He was knowledgable, friendly, listened well, and professional. He knew just what to do, and did it. When he came out of the crawlspace he announced the good news that we didn't have termites. He was able to easily explain all about termites, the signs that you have them, what they need to be attracted, how their application and treatment plans work, etc... There was no hard or even soft sell. We didn't have termites, we didn't need their services, but he was still willing to take the time to explain what our options were. Overall, our experience with Triangle Pest Control was everything I would have wanted, and showed me why they have such a high rating. This experience, while costing them some money, and making them none, ensured that should I need services they offer in the future, they will get the call. Highly recommended.

It went very well. The person that came was very friendly. They also did the service very quickly and effective.

LaRyan came out to our house in early August to provide the Angie's List big deal that I had ordered for Safe Lawn service and the in home service. The yard has been mosquito-free ever since. The house has had some roaches but we didn't heed LaRyan's advice and bug-proof our home so we decided to purchase the monthly service this week. LaRyan went over the details of bug-proofing with my boyfriend so that he could take care of the handyman side of things and sprayed the interior of our home again. I hate hate hate hate finding dead roaches in places they shouldn't be and I am looking forward to never seeing another one in our home. LaRyan has been very professional and prompt. The scheduling was very easy. We are very pleased with Triangle Pest Control.

It was okay. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would. They behaved nicely. They only do ants, roaches and spiders. They don't do termites and stuff like that. I thought they were very thorough. They did exactly what they said. The pricing seemed about right for the situation. I thought the quality was very good.

It turned out very well. In fact, we use them now on a contract basis. They come quarterly for pest control. I particularly liked the fact that their materials are very safe. If we have a problem with pests after they have been here, we can call and they will come back and take care of it.

I did not want a contract and they happily complied with that and offered a very good price. The other exterminator services wanted to push me into a contract and charged a lot for a single visit. They were helpful and prompt.

We had a little bit of a problem because of the rain, but they ultimately showed up when it dried up enough to do it and they were super. They were very accommodating and worked on my schedule. The person who came out was very polite and nice when he got there. He even did a little extra so I am very happy.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went really well. They were timely, professional, and the services were what I expected.

Provider was prompt and courteous and thorough, noted additional areas that might require future attention and provided suggestions on how to go about treating those areas. The perimeter control has functioned well, as far as we can tell. The lawn treatment functioned well for about one month, but heavy rains appear to have diminished its efficacy or raised the population of mosquitoes such that it is no longer able to deal with all of them. Still, I would consider reapplying this treatment once the summer rainy season is over.

It didn't do much. The problem wasn't with the treatment. My yard was bigger than the area they treated and it rained not long afterwards, which probably washed most of the stuff away.

We're pleased with our service. Brandon came as scheduled and was very professional and pleasant. He did a thorough job spraying for insects inside and outside our home.

treatment was applied by a technician who seemed knowledgeable. Price was fair but I didn't get an explanation of what was applied, why the treatments were so far apart or why they were applied so quickly. Perhaps the service was within reasonable expectations of someone more knowledgeable about what was used and why and how often was necessary, etc., but I must have missed that information and would have appreciated it. Want to make clear though that the person who showed up to do the applications was courteous, seemed very professional, and I don't doubt the treatment was adequate. I just would have appreciated a little more information about what I paid for. Also, not sure of the exact date of treatments.

Triangle was quick to return my emails and calls. Service was provided that next week. Per my request Bernard contacted me 30 mins ahead of time to let me know he was on the way, since we were not living in the house and needed to meet him there. He listened to my I-hate-bugs-and-don't-want-to-see-any-more concerns. Our house was sprayed inside, attic to basement, and out. He left glue papers at possible entry locations so that we were able to determine how the bugs were entering. Since then we have sealed off entry points and I have only seen one (dead/dying) bug a week. We will be scheduling regular service with Triangle.

Technician could not have been nicer or more professional. Prompt, right on time and took care of things quickly. I did not check behind him but have noticed that the bugs are worse than ever since the treatment.

The fellow was very nice and thorough. He told me a lot about what he does and we haven't had anymore ants. I'm very pleased.

They did a great job, were respectful of my desire to keep chemicals out of the house, and it really helped the bugs!

I contacted Triangle Pest Control after purchasing a Angie's List deal. The staff was very friendly and helped me schedule (and reschedule) my appointment at a time that fit my schedule. On the day of service, the technician talked with me about what pest problems I was having, and the completed his interior and exterior service quickly. Given how quick the service was done, I was a bit skeptical at first, but in the 2 months that followed, I have seen almost no bugs in the house. Will definitely contact Triangle Pest Control for another treatment when it's necessary in the future

Very prompt in scheduling, on time, listened. All good. Problem is that I found another fire ant hill in the yard and saw a roach in the house twice about a month after the treatment. When I called and asked about a re-treatment or warranty, I was told the warranty was 30 days and it was over (it was approx 40-45 days after treatment). They said they look into what they could do and would call back but didn't call back. Also, when the guy was over, I had him look at a couple dead wasps in my fireplace. He said the treatment didn't cover that and I don't recall him offering a good suggestion. So, back to the service, the treatment might have worked for 30 days (probably did), they were prompt and pleasant, and they did what they promised on paper so I can't really give them a bad grade. I just don't think I'll hire them again.
