It was okay. There was no additional charge. They came out promptly and did the job. There were no dislikes.

It was good. It was easy to get an appointment for them to come out. They were professional and courteous. They did what I expected them to do. They were very good.

Quay Smith was professional explaining that the treatment he was giving certain spots in our house would eliminate our ant problem but would not in any way effect our health or our dogs'. He took the time to go over the whole house identifying ant trails where they were entering from the outside (locating the source of the problem in the crawl space). The ants were gone within 24 hours. Quay was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Technician sprayed around the base of house to prevent insects from coming in. Placed bait for ants that were coming in. Bait worked and ants were gone within a day.

Very professional, They used the heat method and sprayed three rooms. Before they started, inspected all items in rooms,, used a dog to detect. Advised us on things we needed to do. This is not a done deal. In a "clean room/bedroom" found some live bed bus on Christmas Eve. This company has a six month guarantee so they will be back to do some more work. Called them and they have advised when they will be back which is very shortly. So far its been ok, but unless you've been there-you don't know how devestated )(sp) it makes you. This company has done everything they told us they would do and we feel like they will finish the job.

This treatment took care of the issue I was having with ants and roaches. Put down plenty of extra bait in my crawl space. Very professional and courteous.

One guy came out to work. It took them about thirty minutes to do. The staff is very nice. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.

Quay was our first contact. He came to our house on time, evaluated the situation and made a few recommendations for treatments. He was very polite and knowledgeable and I enjoyed working with him. Jake was the technician who came out and performed the treatments. He was highly skilled, very polite, and answered all my questions about the treatment and how the treatments would be performed around the dwelling. I have epoxy floors in the garage which I was highly concerned if the drilling would ruin the appearance of the floor, however Jake discussed in detail with me how he would drill and plug the holes around the inside perimeter of the garage, and afterwards there was very little evidence that anything was different. Assuming there are no signs of new or existing termites, I would have to say I am very pleased with how the job went and I'm confident the company will stand behind their warranty. The job took about 5-6 hours to complete. I would highly recommend this company.

It was better than I expected it to be. They did a good job. They explained everything and why they were doing that. The results have been nearly perfect. They came on a Saturday.

The man who came out was very nice and he said that if we weren’t happy with results he would come back. He did come back sprayed things again, and left little fly paper mats.

We are nearing the end of our first one year contract with Triangle Pest Control. We pay monthly and they come out every 3 months . We live in the woods, so there is no shortage of spiders, ants, wood roaches, you name it. They have always arrived on time and were professional, polite and efficient at each visit. They clean the spiderwebs off of our siding every time, and that is a job in and of itself. This month, a few weeks after our treatment, we had a new carpenter ant problem. I called and they came the next day and explained why that particular annoying, giant, ant wasn't covered in the treatment but they spent time giving us advice and telling us what would and wouldn't work.

Very professional and courteous, however we started seeing the insects again within 2 weeks or so. They tried to sell us for recurring services, but I wanted to wait and see how well they did and if it would last 3 months like they said. It did not, so I did not sign up for recurring services.

They have a mosquito program which is phenomenal and then they have a home health care which is for everyday bugs. The bug spray is $99 a month and the home health care is about $300-something a year. They're punctual. They let me know when they're coming and they do it. They're pleasant to deal with and if I have a problem, I get immediate service which is always nice.

My experience with them was very good. They were very thorough. They showed up on time and they spent a lot of time educating. Then, she told me I did not need their service. They are honest.

They did an excellent job and went beyond my expectations in detail, explanation of what they were doing and what to expect after the service and in completing the full scope of the package I purchased.

I had initially purchased the special $111 for a one-time service. When I spoke with their representative, Kyle, he informed me that they had a special on at that time for their ongoing service. He answered all of my questions and I decided to go ahead with signing up (something we were considering doing at some point soon anyway). Kyle was friendly and professional throughout the interaction. The technician, Ryan, arrived within 10 minutes of the scheduled time. He too was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He told me what he was going to do, answered a few questions, and then got to doing it. When complete, he reviewed what he'd done, and we did a walk around the house so he could show me a couple of specific things he'd found and addressed. He also reviewed what the ongoing service entails, including what I could call for between scheduled visits without additional charges, what they'd do "beyond" those things without charge if done during a regular visit, etc. I'm very happy with the service provided.

That service worked out fine. The prevention was the exterior of our home. They did a very good job; it was excellent.
