Contractor appeared to do a good job.

The young man was very polite and professional. He answered all of my questions I had. I haven't seen any crawling bugs in the house. The ants were gone in a day. I still have a lot of what appear to be mosquitoes in the back yard, the carpenter bees appear to be gone.

Joe arrived at my home on time, explained the services to be provided and was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable with the service he was providing. I had a previous meeting with Joe to get a quote for ongoing services a month prior and he was just as helpful, friendly and honest during that encounter. GREAT-CHECKED, SAID I DIDN'T NEED THEW SERVICE, I JUST NEEDED A LITTLE CAULK AND A LITTLE WEATHER STRIPPING AND TO CLOSE SOME WINDOWS AND REFUNDED THE MONEY . IT WAS SUCH A REFRESHING EXPERIENCE. IF I HAD A PROBLEM I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN.

Great, they were responsive, helpful, and arrived on time. When we saw a few more bugs, a week or so later, they came back to re-treat without question. We haven't seen any (alive) inside the house since.

They are still present and we have an annual expectation.

They are well-trained professional young men. They know how to explain what was going on to older people, they have been really patient to explain to us what's going on, I'm very pleased, and any time you find a bug, you call them and they're here. It's really good. They are very thorough, and also the chemicals they use are safe.

The service technician was prompt and very professional. He explained to me what he would be doing for the treatment. After he found evidence of termites he explained the process for treatment and was not pressuring to sign a treatment contract right away. I decided to use them for the full service and, again, it was handled promptly and professionally. He had to come back for the exterior due to rain, and did so as scheduled. They even came back to re-perform additional service for something a home inspector found, at no additional cost! They worked with my realtor to take care of it. All-in-all, they were very communicative, professional, courteous, responsive and a GREAT service to work with. If I need services for a future home, I would certainly call on them for their ease and straight-forward approach to customers.

We are running a good deal with them that I picked them. They know what they are doing. They were pretty quick to get out here.

Great service! The came in and did everything. Somebody came over and inspected the work and everything went just fine. Workers were courteous and the work was done pretty timely.

Treated for spiders and ants. After less than 3 days, we noticed an increase in Ants that has persisted since that time. We called him back out and he sprayed again but that hasn't seemed to help either. The liquid Ferro ant baits at Home Depot are far more effective than anything these guys were doing to control the ants.

They were easy to work with, gave us lots of information, and were careful of areas where our dogs hang out. We still work with them for annual inspections.

It turned out good. I liked their professionalism. It took them about 15 minutes to treat the inside and outside of the house. I signed up with them and they come once a quarter. They do good work and back it up.

I had a lot of difficulty getting this service completed. I paid via Angie's list directly, as part of a coupon deal. Despite several calls and an email, it two 2 week to get a reply from the company to actually schedule the service. Once scheduled, the service was fine (the gentlemen who came and performed the service was quick and efficient) except that despite explaining on the phone the issue was ants in my house, the serviceman never came inside. I was on a conference call, and didn't realize he wasn't coming in until he knocked to say he was leaving. Unfortunately, while the ant problem (the root cause for my call) got better, it never actually went away even during the month period where the treatment was supposed to be most effective.

They were punctual, They came in did a thorough check and set up termite baits around the house and treated the ant problem I had in my yard.

They are extremely conscientious, and very friendly to the customer. If you have an issue in the middle of the month, they will come back out promptly. They are great!

It was fine. I wasn’t here but I was totally satisfied. I would use them again if I have more insects but I haven’t had any since they came. They haven’t had to come back. They were very responsive. They called immediately. They came when they said they were going to come.

The service turned out great. They came out a couple of weeks after I purchased the Big Deal. I signed up for their yearly service. I think an additional $240, the cost for the year, was added to the $111 Big Deal. They were prompt, courteous, and did a good job.

They were fine and the treatment worked for the specified time it was supposed to. Overall, it was effective for the time period.

This was the second time I've used this provider. Both times they were very professional and polite and I would highly recommend them.

It turned out well with them. I signed up for monthly treatments. They were good with explaining Pyrethrum-based insecticides (that they use), which are pretty safe. They were very adaptable and quick with scheduling. If I had any problems, a technician would be out the next day. I am continuing to use their service.
