The downtime without a kitchen went very well thanks to the team of professionals taking care of our floors. The job started as scheduled and was completed as scheduled. Each step of the way we were kept informed of how the job was progressing. We are pleased with the results and making plans to have the remaining hardwood floors refinished soon!

From walking into their store to the time they finished everything was great. The crew that done our floors were very professional and got the work done. The only place to go for new or refinishing floors.

We have a 67 year old hardwood floor which had clearly suffered years of abuse and neglect. It had multiple burn marks and dents, water marks, etc. We contracted with Quality Floor Service to refinish the floor and found them to be very professional and easy to work with. They restored our floor to a beauty we hardly thought possible, and we couldn’t be more pleased. We recommend them highly.

The crew showed up on time, cleaned up at the end of each day and worked very hard all the time they were here. Since we had some other work done, we delayed about 30 days in putting the furniture back in the rooms. When we called Quality to replace the furniture, Jesse had the crew there within a day, We were very pleased with their work and professionalism.

They did an excellent job - the floors are beautiful! Also, they finished the job one day earlier than quoted, so I was able to move back in earlier.

We have used Quality Floor Service on several occasions in various rental units, and they have always been very easy to work with and have done quality work at a good price. We will definitely continue to use them in the future.

This company came into my home and made my battered, scratched and grey from clorine oak floors new again. The crew was very friendly and the crew leader answered all my questions before starting the work. Wonderful- I really recommend these guys! From estimate to clean-up, the whole team was professional and easy to work with. They were much less expensive than Lowe's, and the results are gorgeous! A special shout- out to the installers, Rolando and Os.

it only took a day to do two rooms. they worked very hard and left no mess behind. Their efficiency was the best I have seen by a floor crew. We have had floors done by others but this was truly the best experience ever.

The installation went very well.It took 2&1/2 days, Gabrielle and his crew did a very good job and were easy to work with.

VERY well. We discussed restaining the floor and were told we would need to have a darker stain to accommodate some damage that was found. Augustin brought some samples to show us what the finished product would be like with different shades. His recommendation was absolutely right, and although the floor is slightly darker, it looks terrific and will actually be a better match with our furniture than the original. They were on time, finished when they said they would, polite and businesslike. We got a recommendation for them from a neighbor on our street.

They were professional and extremely easy to work with - on time, worked to get the perfect color for the floors, and even finished early. We are extremely pleased with their work and would highly recommend to others.

It went great. There was an issue in the dining room with a weird texture. Something did not dry right on the worst floor. When I told them they immediately came out and fixed the issue. Problems are not great unless you deal with someone this professional! They care and do amazing work.

QFS was extremely punctual and friendly. Upon inspecting our problem, they let us know that they didn't think our bamboo floor had water damage, rather, that it had separated as it settled and it would be an easy repair that any handyman could do. They didn't charge for the trip or the advice, and were completely straight forward in how they dealt with us. If I ever need flooring done at my house, it will be with QFS. Big shoutout to these guys for their professionalism and response time.

From beginning to end Quality Floor Service did an excellent job. They came out and examined existing flooring, gave me a timely quote and even in this busy building environment scheduled us right away. Their crew laid the flooring sanded and stained in one day, which we found amazing. The were efficient and hard working. They then returned to seal it the next day. The new flooring is beautiful and the match to the existing flooring is perfect. We could not be happier.

Quality Floor Service did an amazing job on our upstairs wood floor installation. They perfectly matched the hardwood already downstairs and it looks beautiful! Not only that, but they fit our tight time schedule, working around our move into the house, and even finished multiple days early. We'd highly recommend them!

Upstairs, they found a source for our hard to find Australian Cypress and used the new wood to cover new areas and repair others totaling about 300 sq. ft.; then they refinished the entire 2400 sq. ft. of flooring and stairs; the floor and stairs look brand new. Downstairs, they removed 1500 sq. ft. of old carpet and installed a new COREtec floor; the result looks great.

Everyone was very accommodating and professional. Our floors were very cheap looking and they were able to transform them into gorgeous finished hardwoods!! Thank you so much!!

We checked Angie’s List and read many good reviews of Quality Floor Service so we gave them a call. We worked primarily with Jesse and were very pleased with our interactions. He came out to the house several times to take measurements and review the work we wanted and our email exchanges were very prompt and professional. We decided to remove the old carpeting, padding and nailing strips ourselves so I could screw down the subfloor to eliminate all the squeaking we had and so that the installers could concentrate on what we needed them to do. We had the carpeting crew come in first and they did a great job and completed the work in one day. About a month later the hardwood floor crew came in and installed about 900 sq ft of flooring in two days. Both crews were very prompt, professional, were no problem at all and did a great job. The hardwood crew worked until about 7:00 PM both nights, with our approval and worked diligently throughout the days. Being new to the area with no prior experience with local flooring installers, we were very pleased to have found QFS and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone else. We'd love to use them again, and would do so again in a heartbeat, but the only flooring still on our list is ceramic tile and unfortunately, they no longer install that. Drat! If you have flooring needs, give them a call. You won’t be sorry.

Very well indeed, the team were efficient and paid attention to details. The "racking-in" of new to old and overall matching was excellent, moreover the work was done with the minimum of dust.

It went as communicated in advance over the course of several days. Instructions and explanations were emailed in advance.
