Great! They perfectly matched hardwoods I had in the rest of the house. They were on time and kept the mess to a minimum. My installers, Rolando and Oz, were fantastic. I certainly would use them again.

Jesse and his team did a wonderful job. Jesse was quick to respond to my questions and kept me up to date on the progress. They fit me in quickly were efficient and professional. I'd highly recommend them.

We needed our maple floors refinished. They had dark factory-installed stain and Jeremy recommended that it be stripped and rather than re-stain the maple, leave it a natural finish. He explained the difference between water-based and oil-based sealer (we chose water-based). Quality Floor Service did an outstanding job. The project was finished on time and of the highest quality. The refinished floor looks like we installed a brand new floor. We are very happy with the result.

Hands down the best experience I have had during the building process. Jesse and his guys have been the only sub contractors that showed up on time and made me feel like my business was appreciated. They helped me with every step and Jesse took time out of his own personal day to do research and make sure the flooring was installed correctly. He even answered after hours when I had questions about what I needed to purchase. I Highly recommend them and will use them for any of my flooring needs. New floors revitalized our house. Jeremy Moffitt gave us excellent guidance on materials. We installed hardwood flooring on main level and vinyl flooring and carpeting on the lower level. Quality Floor's installers did an outstanding job of removing old flooring and replacing it. Work went quickly with good cleanup afterward. We highly recommend Quality Floors.

QFS replaced all of the carpet upstairs to match the existing oak stairway. We needed the work done prior to moving into the house and were on vacation out of the country while it was being done. We discussed the installation options and pricing with Jesse and QFS found time to fit us into their schedule so they could do the work in an empty house. We gave them the keys and creative license, since we could not be there to make any decisions, and decided to go with natural red oak with no stain, just polyurethane sealant. We returned from vacation with the flooring done earlier than anticipated. The floor is beautiful. The work is perfect and the job site was left neat and clean. The natural wood color without stain has multiple different tones, which we like. It makes the entire upstairs feel much larger compared to the old carpet. It was worth every penny and we plan to have the carpeted stairway re-done when the QFS "stairway guy" gets back from vacation.

I have recently had flooring done by Quality Floor Services and I am amazed at the professionalism and workmanship that went into my floors. They are more beautiful than I expected. From the moment I went into their store, I received the best assistance in choosing what was best for my home. Installation was quick and efficient with zero problems. Afterwards, I was given a follow up visit to make sure I was happy and given instructions on how to take care of my floors. The pre-installation was smooth and everything was explained well. The installers were on time, diligently worked until job was completed, and cleaned up afterwards. I am a very satisfied customer. I live in Arizona , my house is in Hendersonville. I wanted to refinish my wood floors in a 100 year old home and Jesse at Quality wood floors made the process go so smoothly I felt like a family member was handling it for me. Everything from start to finish was easy and totally worry free. They did an excellent job and at really fair price and I would consider myself to be quite particular. I also emailed Jesse a few times from Arizona with questions fully expecting he would see it when he got to work the next day but he always replied right away, even at 10 pm his time. I can see why they have so many great reviews.

They did an excellent job in refinishing my hardwood floors. The team showed up on time everyday and they worked all day. They even finished a day early. The floors came out excellent.

We had our floors redone in June 2018 so this review is late in posting. Overall, the quality was okay but not great. There are circular sanding marks in the master bedroom that were not smoothed out and had the 1/4 been removed perhaps this would not be an issue. There remained more dust in the floor final finish from the sanding than I had hoped. One spot in the kitchen shaped in a triangle about 2 inches had not urethane. Overall the look is good, when you begin to look closely some areas are much better than other areas in terms of debris in the floors. The studio floors looked really good, better than the other areas of the house. Their pricing was competitive. The issue reflected in the D for professionalism is due to an interaction with the owner related to feedback. When we arrived to inspect the floors last year the house had a very high level of humidity and the floors in the master bedroom had begun to cup. Jeremy had mentioned at completion the humidity had been really high in the house and that they had turned on the heat to reduce the humidity so the urethane could dry. Last year was a very wet year. Additionally, when we arrived a few weeks after the completion of the floor refinishing, we found an exterior water hose had been left on at a significant volume and it was pointing to the house that had brought a great deal of moisture into the house. We immediately purchased a dehumidifier and after several weeks the humidity levels returned to an acceptable amount. The floors had cupped at this point and thankfully they are not too bad. A couple of weeks later we completed our move. I did not inform Quality Floors at the time as nothing could have been done as cupped floors cannot be remanded until a year after they originally cupped and we have spent our budget for floor refinishing. I sent an email to Jeremy Moffitt on 01-21-2019 to let him know our overall thoughts. The owner Chris called this morning to respond to the email. The conversation did not go well. Mr. Moffitt said they do not use their customer water hoses and they did not run the water on. He said he had looked at the floors after completion and everything was fine. At one point I had to ask him to stop talking over me and interrupting me. Ultimately I ended the phone conversation and hung up. As for his comment that the floors looked fine, the cupping of the floors would also not show up for at least a few weeks post completion due to the ongoing high humidity which was 77% when we arrived. My rating reflects the job done by Quality Floors without consideration of the water issue with the exception of the rating on professionalism. As Mr. Moffitt stated I cannot prove their staff turned on the water hose and he clearly believes they did not turn on the water. We had no other contractors at the house at the time or for the weeks before they began the work. The overall work was okay, it was not the high quality of work I had seen reflected in other reviews and was not done as well as I had hoped.

The carpet was removed and taken away before lunch. The 2 floorers worked all afternoon into the evening installing the wood floor. They cleaned up the rooms afterward and left things neat. Very pleased with the work.

They were very professional in all our dealings. The work was great, the workers where polite, kept the area clean and Pleasant to deal with. This company was not the cheapest of the estimates we received but for some reason we felt they would do good work. We were correct. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
