Lowes came out and gave me an estimate. Very Professional, ordered and came in about 14 days later because they were custom size. A crew of three came in and installed windows on a Sunday. Very professional job.

TERRIBLE! First of all, let me say, the installer did an excellent Job! Makes me wonder why he works with Lowes at all! To begin with, I had to pay in full for the Job UP FRONT, before they would even order the materials. I'm not in the habit of paying for a job untill it's completed and explained this to them, but they didn't seem to care. At that point, While checking the job order, I noticed a charge for labor to install the gate, but there was no gate kit on the job order, had them correct that. Then they delivered the materials and when the fellow showed up to do the installation, he discovered that they ordered 3 8' sections of fence instead of 4. He put up what was there and then the job was on hold until the 4th section of fence came in. When it did, they delivered it, and 4 days later I hadn't heard anything from anybody, so I called the store and found out that they hadn't called the installer to let him know the panel was here. Another week goes by till the installer can get out here to finish the job, and he discovers they sent the wrong hinges for the gate, so he has to run to the store for the correct hinges, Thankfully they had them in the store! Long story short, it took over 30 days to get 32' of fence installed!!!!

The work turned out very well. We have seen a reduction in noise due to the Pella French doors they installed. The tile project turned out very well.
