 + -1 moreIt was all finished in about 3 days and looked fabulous. Jocelyn selected plants that could handle the small amount of sunlight my patio receives. I thought the price was a little high, but on the other hand, their promptness was great. And that area was truly in a mess--a little jungle with a hive of angry bees to boot. It's now 2 1/2 years later and all the plants are still alive, growing, and looking good. Total Lawn does good work.
Description of Work: I had neglected the fenced-in patio area behind my townhome for years, so it had been taken over by small trees, weeds, undergrowth, and even a nest of yellow jackets. My homeowners association issued a warning to clean it up, so I immediately contacted several landscaping services in the area. This one, Total Lawn, was the only one to respond promptly. Jocelyn came out the next day and gave me 2 estimates: $1,350 to cut down and haul away the brush, dig out and remove the trees, remove bee nest, and deliver and spread mulch; $700 to plant new shrubs and re-landscape the soil around them, then pull up the slate stones in the walking area, add new gravel in the stone bed and re-level them to improve water runoff. I hired her on the spot and her staff went to work the next day.

 + 1 moreTHIS GUY IS GOLD. THE WORK HE DOES IS AMAZING. HE CAN AND WILL DO ANYTHING YOU WANT OR NEED DONE. HE DOES FOLLOW UP CHECKS ON HIS CUSTOMERS. HE IS WELL WORTH HIS PRICE. MY YARD LOOKS GREAT. HE HAS A DEGREE IN HORTICULTURE.
