This started last year when we found a water leak under the house and I forgot to write something then. We called around and Roto Rooter are the only people willing to come out that day and after hours. Had another water leak 4-29-25 and just started with them. Sure enough they showed up that day and fixed the problem once again. House is getting older and will call these people again and again if needed.
Last year Scott and Titus showed up and were great. The last time Nolan and CJ got to the house quickly and went to work and fixed the issue. We have them on speed dial and will not be calling those other "24 hour people".

Had discovered a leak beneath my kitchen sink and of course hosting a party next day! Called and Austin arrived within 30 mins and removed and replaced leaky disposal. Felt. As as I was also on a zoom call and couldn’t thank him properly before he left. Professional and prompt!!

Description of Work: The drain tech fairly quickly determined that the clog was in the main waste pipe. After doing more investigation he determined how he was going to get a powered drain snake into the main drain and clear the clog and explained the process to me. He accessed the main drain pipe through an unused shower drain in our mud room. After much effort he cleared the drain. |This was not an easy thing and required hard physical work. He cleaned up carefully and left our home, including the unused shower stall in good condition.
