Not good at all. Had a technician come out and spend 15 minutes, at most, to tell me that my issue was with Duke Energy and nothing they could do. I asked if there was anything else they needed from me and was reassured that there was not. 20 days later I receive an invoice in the mail for $101 worth of labor. When I called in to find out why the high charge for 15 minutes of labor I was told that there is always a service fee. Ok. When I asked why that wasn’t shared with me when I set up the appointment and why it wasn’t shared with me the day of the service, Jesse proceeded to tell me that it was “my fault.” Honestly, I expected him to say something along the lines of— “that’s unfortunate and I am sorry for the confusion... we do have a service charge and I should have made that know when you set up the service call.” Would have been happy to pay. Nope. Jesse came out guns ablazin’. Your fault, customer. Should have asked, customer. So, honestly I’m glad they didn’t have to do any work. If they had and something were to happen, they’d probably say it’s my fault for not knowing how a breaker works or that Voltage = Current*Resistance. I hope they use my $101 well. -At Fault Customer

They do a little bit of everything in my business and home. It did not take more than 2 hours. They left the area very clean. They are responsive and know my needs.

The inspection failed a couple times on the work. They refused to do the work that needed to be done to correct the situation. It was a very unhappy situation. The price was included in the total amount that we paid for the house, but we were not pleased with them at all. The entire job was terrible.
