I could not have asked for better service. From the time I set up a time to get an estimate (they were very accomodating), to the completion of the project. The entire crew was very professional, detail oriented, and punctual. The price was also very reasonable. I could not have asked for a better experience and I will definitely recommend them in the future.

Even though it was what prep work was needed to be done before starting, the crew simply painted over bad areas, and had to be redone. No craftsmanship and a high cost for just painting.

Let's start with communication. To begin with, I had to call them several times just to get them to come out and give me an estimate. Once they did this, they did not leave me a copy of the estimate nor did they call to confirm when the painters were to come do the work. I had to call several times to get a confirmed date. The sales guy over-promised what they could do. I was aware that my shutters were old and had many layers of paint. I was told that, as long as I paid an additional $300+ fee for lead mitigation, the painters could "feather sand" my shutters. While they would not look like brand new shutters, they would soften the hard edges where thick flakes had chipped off. I looked at the shutters after they had been primed and they had not been sanded AT ALL. The two workers had chipped some additional paint off but did not sand it down, leaving sharp edges. When I brought this up to my sales guy, he changed his story, saying they couldn't machine sand it because there might be lead. Then he tried to tell me that they had hand sanded but I found no dust or used sandpaper anywhere, including the garbage can right next to the project where the other waste had been stored. It's bad enough that they made the shutters actually look WORSE than they had to begin with, but the fact that the sales guy was so slippery about it added considerable insult to the existing injury. At tne end of the day, they never did sand the shutters, they just chipped paint off and then painted over what was left. The end result looks TERRIBLE. Had I been told up front that they would not be able to sand the chipped edges, I would have made another choice. Maybe I would have saved the $900 and done it myself. I would have gotten at least as good of a result. After I explained my dissatisfaction to the sales guy, he suggested that I purchase new shutters. I did not find that at all helpful. The one thing I will say in their favor was that the two men who did the work were professional, clean and very polite. I don't blame them for their company's dishonesty. If they worked for another company, I would hire them again.

Asked for quote via the internet sign up. Took a little longer than expected to get a response and appointment set up. My wife met them for the appointment and went over our requirements for the job. Quote received was a bit pricey as compared to the others and not really detailed enough making it difficult to accurately compare.We chose another service provider.

Overall they did a great job. They completed the job on time without any problems or issues. I would definitely use them again.

They did a neat job. They also spread the payments. They said they would not be finished until I was happy and I was happy. They cleaned up afterwards, got the right color. The salesman and the painters were very pleasant people to work with.

They were very professional, and the assessment process was extremely efficient. The gentleman who provided me with the estimate was courteous, and he printed me a copy of their proposal on the spot. The quality of their work was good, and they were responsive to my calls and concerns. I would happily recommend CertaPro to others.

Totally a nightmare! Nothing done properly. Siding was painted before nail holes were filled. The estimated time was 4 days. It took 6. Totally disrupted my life. Destroyed $170.00 worth of plants in a garden. Total disregard for our property. Job site not cleaned daily. Tried to cover up when the owner was called. Very disceitful crew. Obviously the crew were day laborers and not a CertaPro crew. Job supervisor and owner kept assuring the job would be done to our satisfaction. I paid them today just to be done with them. 7 screens were torn. Repeatedly had to have them come back and finish work that wasn't done. Wrong color on the siding but the owner stands by it being a perfect match. After speaking with the owner about all the problems even after he visited the job site,he did not even both to come to make sure things were done properly before the job was closed. I regret paying in full but just couldn't have any more hassel. They never offered to adjust the price for the problems. We chose CertaPro for the peace of mind and their certainty pledge. They do not live up to their claims. I have no trust or confidence in the job they did and expect to have to start over within a few years.

There was minimal disruption to my home life for those two days and there was no clean up after they left. I will definitely use Brian and his crew again.

I could not be more pleased with CertaPro and the carpentry work done by Craig Carter. Both Brian and Craig are personable but very professional young men. Their crews have been very efficient and neat. I have every confidence that I will feel the same after everything is finished up in the next week or two.

Certa Pro did excellent work for me and they charged me a fair price. I was so impressed I asked for their information so I can have them back to paint the whole exterior of my home down the road.

Central Pro did an ok job as everything looked great at first then after a while I noticed a few flaws. They were on time and they finished quickly. It took them about three days and in the last day I was out of town and they stayed around until I got home as they let me inspect it to make sure I was happy with it.

THE HOUSE LOOKS SO BEAUTIFUL. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL WHILE WORKING ON MY HOUSE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB.
