After Disaster-water & Fire

I would like to thank After Disaster and specifically our Project Manager Donnie for the amazing work he and his team have done in fixing a mold problem in our house. Donnie is a true gentleman, the type of person you could do business on a handshake with. Thank you for all of your hard work in restoring my home. See, my wife was diagnosed with Breast Cancer just before we (through our homeowners insurance company) contacted you for help. She is not allowed back in our home until the remediation and reconstruction are complete. I feel that the entire team has done everything possible to get this done as fast as possible without cutting any corners. I am truly grateful for that. iAfter Disaster spent 7-8 hours inspecting bathroom tiles, carpeting, and ceilings in our kitchen, garage, and upstairs bedrooms.  They removed wet insulation, carpet padding, and installed dehumidifiers and blowers in openings they created in several ceilings on the first floor.  They did a great job covering appliances, furniture and other living spaces to minimize the dust and debris from their work, and David did a great job explaining to us each step in the process.  They came every day for the next week to measure moisture before they finally removed all the drying equipment.  Their quick response and ability to take care of the water damage before it got worse and ruined more wood and carpeting, as well as bringing in electricians to check  lighting fixtures and the garage door opener that had shorted out due to the flood,  saved us a lot of money.

After Disaster responded to my call very quickly. They were on site literally before the water stopped dripping. They were able to control the damage where possible and dry out everything. I also hired them to do the repair work and they did an excellent job. It was much easier dealing with one company that had staff proficient at everything instead of trying to line up a series of individual specialists to do the work. The whole process took about 6 weeks and was a time of great stress for me. But, they were professional and did an excellent job and that helped to relieve my stress. I will definitely use them again if I have a need.

I telephoned the company on a Monday morning. On the exact same day, they began the cleaning process. There was a group of 10 employees who assisted with the work. I was quite pleased with their timeliness, superb cleaning job, and their professionalism.

AFTER DISASTER DID AN ALRIGHT JOB ON MY CEILING. IT JUST TOOK THEM A REALLY LONG TIME AND THEY WERE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE. THEY ALSO WERE NOT ON TIME AND THEY WERE NOT VERY EASY TO CONTACT.
