One of our air conditioning units failed unexpectedly.  I called Miller's based on a friends recommendation late in the day.  They came out the very next morning to diagnose the problem.   I needed a new compressor unit.  They had one in stock that they could install right away.  After speaking with the technition and discusing my general concerns for the future, He suggested another route.  The units in my home are about 14 yrs old, I will want to upgarade to more efficient units eventually.  Since the units I have are working fine otherwise, and three children in college(collage tuition) he suggested a cheaper compressor that would do the same job.  I would have to wait for this compressor to be ordered, but that was fine with me.  The compressor took about three days to arive, they called to set up an appointment and arived the next day.  The technicians where polite, respectful, thorough and fast.  They stayed onsite extra to make sure the unit was and would work properly, since this was the first one of this brand they hooked up.  I plan on using them again when I am ready to up grade my existing units.

Overall any mechanical work you get done today is a crap shot (automobile, ac, etc). The worst is the greed and the over-charging for services, or trying to sell you services you don't need. Integrity and fairness are hard to find. Miller are one of the fairest bunches I've dealt with in a long time. They charge reasonably and generally do a good job. They could train their techs a bit better so that they all understand that you can't fill a system in freezing weather.

I was very satisfied with the work done by this company. They not only fixed my A/C but they did the work real quickly and they cleaned the place they worked at. Their quality of work earned them a very good recommendation.
