It took a while to schedule as he was very busy. We arranged the location and time of the service. He came as he had promised, completed the job in a timely manner. He was very professional, answered my questions. I would be sorry if I needed his services again, but would be happy to call him if needed.

Prompt efficient service. Al showed up at 9 AM, as scheduled, and was done by 10:15. The price offered was about the same as one other quote, but he gave a $10 discount for Angie's List, which made it less.

Although I am having trouble remember the exact date and cost, I can tell you that SOS Windshield was much less expensive than the competitors, much more responsive (he was able to come the same day that I called him). In addition, his price was all inclusive and did not include extra fees for disposal, etc. He arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and did a great job. I am so glad that I found him through Angies list!

I called SOS and scheduled the repair for the same afternoon. Al, the owner of SOS, arrived within a few minutes of the scheduled time. Did the repair. The bulls eye is completely invisible. Perfect repair. During the repair I mentioned that I was a repeat customer (see previous review) and that I had found SOS on Angie's List. Al gave me the Angie's List discount which was a pleasant surprise, because I had not remembered they offered a discount.

Al was polite, on time, and professional. It was great to not have the car repaired in my own driveway!

Al was there in 36 hours with a replacement windshield and made the repair in the driveway when I wasn't home. When I did arrive as he was cleaning up, he took the time to discuss the repair with me and answer my questions. He's delightful! I recommend SOS without reservation.

In less than 2 hours the work was complete and looked great. Great service. I would highly recommend SOS Windshield to anyone needing a replacement.

I called SOS on Tuesday late afternoon to try and get an estimate and schedule an appointment. It was after hours as I didn't realize how late it was until after I called. I also visited their website and requested an estimate and let them know I'd called after hours, but that my son was taking the vehicle out of state on a long trip and I needed to try and get the work done as quickly as possible. I also added that I had their Angie's List coupon. Al returned my call at about 08:00am on Wednesday. He said they could do the work that same day and that it would be $225.00. We agreed on an 09:00am appointment time. He said the time might vary a little due to the need to pick up the new windshield. I mentioned that I had printed out their coupon for Angie's List members. A few minutes before 09:00am Johnny called and said he was picking up the new windshield and would arrive in about 20 minutes. He arrived at 09:20. I had the Suzuki backed into the garage and Johnny asked if I could pull it out of the garage into the driveway. He started the work and was finished in about 1.5 hours. While he was working I was nearby installing some carriage garage door hardware on a new garage door I had installed separately from this job. Johnny He agreed to let me take some photos to post with this review. Johnny recommended that we not drive the vehicle for at least a couple of hours so the adhesive could set properly. He explained the warranty that SOS offers on replacement windshields. He ran my credit card from a handheld device and gave me the value of the coupon. All in all I was very pleased. They did a great job at a reasonable price and provided excellent customer service. I will call them again the next time I need any auto glass work done.

My repair was performed on time as promised and for the quoted amount. I was worried that the crack was too big. But they were able to handle it with no problem. I've had this fix for about a month now and the fix is fine. I'd definitely recommend SOS for all windshield repairs!

Al is a true professional. Absolutely great in response, service and a very nice guy to boot. Also, both of us are from the great frozen NE so our love of the red Sox and Patriots comes in handy too! I had called him last week and we set up today, Tuesday, 9/27/2011 as the day to have my Honda Odyssey front windshield replaced. He called this afternoon, came by my work place, replaced the windshield with a better quality one, gave me a great price as well accepted a coupon he had on Angieslist, and badabing, it was all done in 45 minutes or so. Fantastic service from a true professional! Highly recommend!!

They did a great job. When I called to set up the appointment I had to leave a message and they called me right back. He did a good job and cleaned everything up He didn't leave any debris behind. I would definitely use them again.

These guys were great! This all started because I had a really bad experience with Safelite. The windshield had a very small chip and instead of repairing the chip, Safelite busted the windshield! Adding insult to injury, they refused to take responsibility for the damage. I really wish I had called S.O.S. first! They were on time, you can't tell there was any work done on the car, I'm very happy!

Could not have gone better. Showed up on time, very professional and courteous. When I paid I forgot my $10 Angies List coupon. I called AL, the owner, and explained the situation to him. He mailed a $10 check to me to compensate me for what was my mistake.. I highly recommend these guys for any glass needs you might have

Al was very polite and happy to give an estimate imediately over phone for replacing my cracked windshield. I told him my insurance deductable was high, so I would need to pay this out of pocket. Gave me a good price with lifetime (as long as I own my vehicle) warranty. Came next day to my location, on time, with phone call first letting me know they were on the way. Did the job quickly and right. I would definately recommend SOS glass to anyone who asks.

Looks great so far. I can still see a tiny bit of the chips from the inside, but it's far better than before and should prevent my windshield from cracking this winter (the work is warrantied against cracking for the life of my car). The work took about 40 minutes - and was done in the parking lot at my office.

Our rear window on our Honda Odyssey was broken by a rock over the weekend. We called first thing Monday morning to see when it could get fixed, and his early estimate was Tuesday morning but would try to fit us in Monday afternoon. He ended up calling around lunchtime Monday and was able to come out right then. He spent around two hours removing the old glass, including cleaning up the glass inside the van and on the driveway, replacing with the new glass, and checking things out. He told us to not drive it until Tuesday morning to give the glue a chance to set. When we did drive it the next morning we had a minor issue with the rear windshield wiper where it was sticking partway through its cycle when it turned off. This cleared up after a day or two as it worked itself back in and has not had any issues since. The glass itself is great, the defroster is working on it, no leaks in any of the recent rainstorms, so it looks like it's as good as new. Very happy with the price, especially given that it took him two hours to do the replacement, how well the cleanup was done, and how promptly we were able to get the service done.

I am extremely satisfied with the work done. The owner arrived a few minutes early and completed all the steps required to correctly install the new windshield. This was not the first windshield replacement on the SUV and past repairs were less than satisfactory. No complaints this time around. SOS Windshield has my unconditional recommendation.
