The chimney sweep was very pleasant.

Price quoted over the telephone was not the final price charged .Get total charges in writing with any exclusions in writing, They added $50.00 for vacuuming the artificial gas fireplace logs.It took about 5 minutes and technician said that charge was usually $75.00

I'm very satisfied with Smoke Alert. I hired them to clean my dryer vent and clean/inspect my chimney (they gave a discount for having more than one service which is a nice bonus). They were very thorough in explaining what they were going to do and what they might find up front so there were no surprises. I appreciated that they also did a home fire safety inspection for free - it turns out one of our smoke alarms had expired so they replaced it and upgraded to one with a carbon monoxide detector. I would highly recommend Smoke Alert!

Very satisfied with work done Dryer vent under the house had not been cleaned in years & had backed up beyond the dryer before I had even noticed it !!! Travis R. was very professional and considerate. He even took off my big doors that enclose the washer-dryer area. I had complained how heavy they were and always off track. I had plans to take them down. Without a word, he took them down for me. That's thoughtful and I appreciate it. They cleaned the dryer vent, brought exterior vent to code for efficiency, put in a safer metal duct piece at the dryer, and replaced 3 20 year old hard wired alarms. The home fire safety inspection was icing on the cake because our tech was a local fire fighter. I cannot recommend this company more highly. They are awesome.

Very easy to set up. Found things that we were not aware were issues. Very professional and thorough.

Everyone that I have had contact with were respectful and professional. It was actually cheaper than phone estimate. Arrived on time, explained as he went along, cleaned up as he went along. A neighbor who saw my recommendation in Nextdoor Neighbor, thanked me- she was very satisfied. I would an havcommended this company.

Blake Crocker was excellent. He insected the chimney and said it did not need to be cleaned. He cleaned the gas fireplace, replaced the coals, and started the fireplace to ensure it was operating properly. He then inspected the drier vent and said that it was not up to code. He replaced the vent pipe and ourside vent cap. Blake then inspected the house, from a fireman's perspective, and recommended a combination smoke and carbon monozide detector as the ones in the house were not current technology. He also noted that our fire extinguisher was out of date and non functional. Blake was thorough, professional, and took the time to enure the house was prepared in the event of a fire.

They showed up as scheduled and did the dryer vent cleaning as requested. A slight hiccup to get scheduled but all uphill after that. I will recommend them.
