Very informative

It was great! The technician was right on time, was able to spot our problem quickly and fixed it. We had a dryer vent that was clogged up with lint- didn't know it can happen but learned the hard way that it can. Thank God we didn't have a fire. If your dryer has alwys wored fine and then starts to take a few cycles to dry clothes and gets very hot on the outside, something is wrong! I thought we needed a new dryer. No, we didn't. We needed the vent that goes to the outside cleaned. I would hire this firm again in a second! Melvin is the name of the man who came to our house. We definitely would recommend him!

Super job. Technician Blake Crocker for Smoke Alert arrived exactly at the scheduled time. Blake went right to work in a professional manner by climbing onto the roof to examine the dryer duct from the top and then doing the same from the location of the dryer in the laundry room. He explained what he was doing and afterwards what he had done; which, was appreciated by assuring me that any possible fire issue from the duct work did not exist. I already have and will continue to recommend Smoke Alert to my friends and neighbors. Real professionalism in work related situations is not easy to find in today's environment, Thank you Blake and Smoke Alert.

Great Job. Came on time and completed the work as requested. Also offered a fire safety survey of the house and replaced 2 old smoke detectors with the latest technology available on my request. Also replaced a non-working fire extinguisher from 1986. Really appreciated their input and I'm sleeping very well at night.

Called these guys in for a gas fireplace repair. The man who I spoke to on the phone to schedule said they were able to do that no problem. The guy who came out, whole very nice, had no idea what he was doing. He looked at our fireplace, texted pictures to people, and then left with a "sorry, no idea what's wrong with it" and charged us $60. He was visibly baffled and seemed to have no experience with gas fireplaces. He asked for our manual and went through the basic troubleshooting. Which we had already done. We had to schedule another company. Felt ripped off. 😑

Inspected chimney, cleaning was not needed. Made recommendations for fixing cracks, sealing brick and fire prevention. Fire safety check for house including dryer vent and smoke / CO2 detectors. Courteous and professional.

This company did a great job of cleaning my gas logs and resolving an issue I had with the switch. For an additional fee, they also cleaned out my dryer vent since I'm moving. What I really liked was the complimentary fire safety review of my home. As soon as I move into my new home, I will contact them to help implement the safety features they suggested for my home.
