About us

Smoke Alert Home Fire Safety is Firefighter owned and operated. We started our business in 2010, to educate the public about fire safety in the home. Our primary goal is to save lives in our community by offering FREE home fire safety inspection and FREE life safety classes. We sell, install, and maintain fire safety products at a reasonable price, to make if affordable for everyone to have some form of fire protection in their home. There are many companies out there that prey on people"s fears and swindle them into spending thousands of dollars for products that, at most, cost a few hundred. I started this company to undercut these companies, because, while I may never be a millionaire, I will rest easy at night knowing that I have provided a service to my community.

The technician was very thorough and efficient. He replaced our old plastic dryer vent with a solid rigid vent and also the outside cap. He checked all our fire alarms and replaced our old extinguishers with a new one. I would recommend this service to anyone.

We just needed our Chimney Inspected and Cleaned,& we got a Deal of a Lifetime. Tom the Technician found our Dryer Vent blocked up & if it wasn't noticed by us and fixed, we would had a Mold & Mildew problem besides possibly having a Fire. Smoke Alert was a Godsend. Tom was extremely knowledgeable and did not try and sell us any extra services.We Will be using them again when we waterproof our Chimney. No one compares to Smoke Alert, they are in a Category of their own....Serpurb !

I love that Smoke Alert is owned and operated by firefighters! They concentrated more on the safety of my home, than trying to "up-sell". They cleaned my chimney and also replaced my, 22 year old, smoke detectors with newer technology. Highly recommend.
