We had a great experience. They sent a third party contractor out to do an estimate within 2days. The contractor they sent was very professional. There estimate was slightly higher than another company but they offered financing so we went with them. We are very happy with the fence, they installed it perfectly. 180' (I think) of fence with an oversize gate and a walk in gate. They were quick and neat, definitely recommend this company. Our walk in gate was not latching on its own after they left, they sent a guy back out about a week after we called, now it works great.

Provided ideal plants for climate

Installation delayed for over a week because installer did not arrive with all of the required tools and accessories for the installation.

I WALKED IN THE STORE AND THE CLERK IMMEDIATELY OFFERED TO HELP ME. HE THEN SHOWED ME THE CHOICES AND EXPLAINED WHAT THE DIFFERENCE WAS IN EACH ITEM. HE THEN WROTE UP THE SALE AND ARRAINGED DELIVERY (FREE) FOR THE ITEMS I BOUGHT. THANK YOU

I got warranty on the labor and on the product. We were first time homebuyers and we needed advice on exactly how one goes about getting a fence installed in the property because it is something we never had to do before. We went to their department where we could buy their product and do it ourselves, we spoke to one of the ladies there, and she was very insightful and helpful. She showed a couple of different product lines and then offered to have an estimator come out for a free estimate to be done. They came out and it was a quick turnaround time, they were out here in the matter of just a couple of days from the time I was in their store. They were very punctual, very professional and they went ahead and got the estimate done. We had some estimates from other local companies and Home Depot won the bid because of the quality of the product and the price. I would say the quality of the product is what we really chose, we paid a little more of a premium with Home Depot. Local installers sell their products locally, it would have been bit cheaper, but we felt more comfortable getting a Home Depot warranty, because small independent businesses are more likely to go out of business and then if they do there is no one to call and the warranty becomes void. So I wanted the peace of mind in going through Home Depot and I don’t think they will be going out of business any time soon.

Our instore reps, Chondra and Renee, were great in setting us up with Web-Don Countertops. But Web-Don was a nightmare. We weren't home when the first set of countertops were installed. A seam had been put into the countertop which the original plans plainly stated there should be none. When called, Web-Don stated the edge we had picked out could not be formed without a seam. Neither Home Depot nor we were called to pick another edge. We contacted Chondra who immediately began with the phone call back to Web-Don. We picked another edge and waited another 3 weeks before we got the countertops. We had a different installer and he accidentally broke our front light while taking out scraps. He offered to pay, but we had planned to replace, just not at that time. We had bought our tile backsplash from Home Depot and found the quality excellent. A friend of ours installed the backsplash and the project has now come together. Home Depot needs to find another installer.

They were accommodating to our schedule. They had the best price. They took all of the old carpeting out and did not scuff the walls. They responded quickly. They were friendly and nice.

We had them design and install the kitchen. We were so pleased we had a party to celebrate. They were always on time and cleaned up after themselves. They were very good. They used Pete Fantasia as their outside contractor and we were very pleased with him.

The designer was extremely helpful. She was able to save me considerable money by explaining the difference between two cabinet companies. She was pleasant, patient, and helpful. She let me know about sales which saved me additional money.

Asked for a measurement (that I would pay for), said they couldn't do it without me coming in first so they could see exactly what kind of flooring I would purchase. Why would it matter what kind of floors I have for measurements? The gentleman would not tell me why and was condescending and as rude as the first person I talked to about it. Terrible! Took my $8,000 and went elsewhere!

THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK IN A VERY EFFICIENT, FAST MANNER. THEY HAD COME TO THE HOUSE AND MEASURED, AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE. THEY WERE VERY ACCURATE ON THE MEASURING AND THE ESTIMATE.

THEY WERE GOOD AT WHAT THEY DID. THEY DID EVERYTHING I EXPECTED THEM TO DO. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY VACUUMED AND CLEANED THE CARPET PIECES UP AS WELL.
