Richard widened a downstairs bathroom door. The job also necessitated replacing two slate floor tiles and shortening and reusing a no-longer-available chair rail. Richard did a beautiful job, and finished it all within a day and a half. We are entirely satisfied and grateful for his work, and we will also be calling on him to do some kitchen lighting work for us.

Richard has helped me with many projects around my home! He is a skilled carpenter who has repaired and replaced trim around the exterior windows of my very old home, installed a new window in my kitchen, completed quality sheet rock projects, built custom cabinets, tiled my kitchen backsplash, and addressed various miscellaneous handyman jobs.

Richard King is a genius at carpentry & tile work. He remodeled my kitchen island with custom wood panels, trim, and paint. He also tiled the walls of my powder room with an elegant porcelain and glass design. Richard also designed & created beautiful wainscoting molding for my entire living room and fire place. His professionalism and attention to detail is incredible. I wouldn't hire anybody else but Richard for a task which requires precision and mastery.

Outstanding knowledge and skills in replacing an exterior door that had a rotted frame - removed all damage replaced with waterproof materials, caulked with high quality exterior caulk to ward off future damage, great care in leveling and placing the door properly to eliminate gaps around door, rebuilt the base/floor area at the bottom of the frame, excellent job in painting and match prior paint color (inside and out), installed a new window blind - provided a 1000% difference in what was there before. Richard was prompt, professional, and very efficient. He not only leveled all four doors that we had called him for, he fixed a fifth door we did not realize had an issue and also replaced our weather stripping on our front door that he noticed was worn.
