Brandon is VERY knowledgable!!! I have a wool rug ...however before he started he checked the label and found out it is 30% viscose...it cannot be cleaned...he said cleaning it would absolutely ruin it ! I was grateful for his honesty and truthfulness...I will definitely call him for my other carpeting when it needs to be cleaned...very nice, polite young man!

Brandon Best came to our home and gave us an estimate for the job. He came and cleaned our carpet and took our area rugs with him to clean and returned them and put them back. I can highly recommend this outfit. Cleaned my wall to wall wool carpet in one room and on a stairwell and made it look like new. On time, courteous, professional service. He even brought protectors for the corners of my walls so his hoses would not damage the paint -- never experienced that before. Immediately recommended them to two friends. Hire this guy!!
