 + 0 moreI did not like the services at Renaissance Day Spa. The massage was good but the waxing was not. Their work is incomplete and they are not quality oriented. They are inconsistent in their services. Their office is clean but the staff is not good. I would not use them in the future.

 + -1 moreFrom the time I booked the service to arrival, the staff was very courteous and helpful to my needs. My appointment was right on schedule, with free beverages provided with services, this is an A+++ destination!
Description of Work: Massage Therapy services at this business are outstanding! I have had several message therapists, and have never left disappointed! Just what the Doctor ordered for some relaxation! Problem areas were targeted and communication with the therapist was excellent.

 + -1 moreWhen you go in it's a very calm and relaxed atmosphere. They take you back to a comfortable waiting area with snacks and refreshments. The technicians were always very knowledgable and it's just a really good experience. They have 2 locations, I've been to both and recieved the same type of service at both. I've been going for several years now.

Description of Work: I am a VIP member at this place, whatever that means because I have never been treated with such disrespect. I get services here very regularly and have never had an issue until this. Nicole did my eyebrows, first time from her. Later that evening I noticed red welts starting to form on my eyelids, right below where she had applied the wax. I have been getting my brows waxed for over 20 years and I have never had this happen. Immediately, I left a message for the general manager to return my call. The next day, a receptionist called to tell me my instructions are to apply Neosporin and apply a cold compress. The next day the general manager called and was very short and rude. She seemed more concerned with blaming me. Not once did she apologize or ask to see my face. She just told me that I assume the risk and to have a nice day. I understand the risk but that doesn't excuse someone from negligently performing a service. Each day it gets worse and worse and I will probably have a scar.

 + 1 moreI have been there on several occasions; I'm a VIP member of the day spa. I go there quite frequently and get my eyebrows done there all the time. Everything went well. I came home and went about my normal business, and then, before I went to bed around 10:00, I noticed I had the beginnings of two red welts right under my eyebrows on my eyelids. I was immediately concerned; I've been getting my eyebrows done for years and never have I ever experienced anything like this before. I immediately called and left a message for the general manager to call me back. In the morning, around 9:00, I called and left a message. I called again at 1:00 when I had not received a reply and the lady who answered said the only person I could talk to regarding a concern was teaching a class. That lady called me back and said that someone had tried to call me and that they couldn't leave a message. I did see a missed call on my phone but didn't think anything of it.
Description of Work: I received an eyebrow waxing from Renaissance Day Spa yesterday. The person who performed the service was Nicole. She was very nice and polite.
