When I called to ask about the services, imagine my surprise when I was told not only could they come out the next morning...but THEY WOULD CALL 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO SHOWING UP AT MY DOOR! Yes, I know that seems like a small thing, but I've been complaining about other service companies (pest control, lawn care, alarm company...) not calling before. See, I walk everyday rain or shine. Sitting around all morning or afternoon waiting for someone to show up is NOT pleasant. Nor, do I think it's good customer service. My time is as important as theirs and I wish other companies would treat it as such. To have Haire Plumbing offer a call without me having to even ask was such a treat. Next day arrives and it's pouring rain, I mean pouring! I am not surprised when I don't get a call in the morning, but figure once the rain lets up I will. Sure enough, around 1:00 I get a call, "I apologize for the delay, but I have a plumber coming to you right now". He actually apologized. About half an hour later, Richard shows up and is very nice, personable and clearly capable of doing the work needed. Once the work is completed, Richard goes over the detailed charges explaining the costs. I have used Haire Plumbing before and will absolutely tell others. This is a company who values their customers and the customer's time. I appreciate companies like this and wish more service providers would follow Hair Plumbing's example. Eddie has always been very responsive--answering our calls on the weekends and working us into a very busy schedule. The quality of his work has been great. We have never had any complaints and have appreciated his help and support with reasonable prices.

The technician (I can't remember his name) did a great job of finding out the problem and fixing the issue. 3 other contractors have been out to service the HVAC and couldn't diagnose the problem. Haire did!

)I came home from work yesterday to find water flowing from my garage. I called Haire Plumbing (my sister used them in the past and recommended them) to see if/when they'd be able to come out (knowing there were probably MANY calls for the same reason in Fayetteville, due to the extreme cold). They told me they could come out late morning today and would call prior to coming. They called about 15 minutes out and arrived at approximately 11am. Rich and his helper, Mick, were very courteous, found the problem and fixed it! I was very happy with their work, promptness, and professionalism! I gave them a B for price only because I was quoted approx $90/hr for labor on the phone (reasonable price) but was surprised when I was charged double that because there was a helper. Overall, though, I appreciate that they came out on a Saturday, were able to fix the burst pipe, and were very professional while doing so. Will use in the future for plumbing needs!

A very reliable outfit. They WILL come when you call them, and they solve the problem expeditiously.

GREAT. PLUMBER WAS PROFESSIONAL,TIMELY AND ONLY REPLACED FAUCET WHICH ACTUALLY NEEDED REPLACING. KNOWLEDGEABLE. WOULD USE PLUMBING COMPANY AGAIN.

We had two men show up in the afternoon to check the situation out. They were very professional, and fixed it in no time. They have now become the plumber of choice, and I will refer everyone to Haire Plumbing.

We didn't have hot water for two days and were tired and ready for a shower. Much to our dismay when the water heater was reinstalled it didn't work. After trying some DYI attempts at fixing the water heater we called Haire Plumbing. It was after hours but the operator said a technician would arrive within 25 minutes. On time, Charles came out and said right away and quot;don't worry, no matter what it is I will fix itand quot;. He examined the water heater, went under the house (at night in a tight crawlspace), then replaced some lines and the gate valve. He FIXED it! As with previous visits from Haire we are immediately at ease knowing they are knowledgeble and professional and will fix our plumbing. We had hot showers within an hour! Thanks again Charles and Haire plumbing!

Initial estimate of arrival was between 8 and 10 am. At 9:45 they called and said they were running a bit late but on the way. We appreciated the communication! Mike was thorough, professional and most economical with his time to accomplish all the install plus the visual inspection of each toilet floor seal. Best experience we have ever had with a plumber in this area. We highly recommend Haire Plumbing and the work Mike did.

It went very well, Everyone was courteous and friendly. When the job was done, they cleaned up and left. A pipe had ruptured later in the night, but they were out within 20-30 minutes to fix the problem. They were awesome! (It was freezing cold that night)

I called Haire Plumbing and Mechanical Co. and from the start they were very courteous and customer oriented The plumber's name was Gary and he was awesome, very professional with an easy going personality that immediately set my wife and I at ease. Gary was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done and how much it would cost and gave my wife and I a quick maintenance upkeep tutorial once his work was completed. I would recommend Haire Plumbing and Mechanical Co. 100 times over, we were very happy with the work and the 1 year warranty that came with it. The price was great! I called on the Monday before Thanksgiving asking about the likelihood of getting a sink installed before Thanksgiving. Darryl told me he'd send someone the next morning between 8 and 12. Sergio and Jordan arrived at 10:00. Sergio looked at my sink and the box with the new sink and said, and quot;You're not going to be happy.and quot; I had purchased a shallower sink than I already owned. I called Darryl and asked if they could return later that day. He agreed; Sergio then looked at all of the parts I bought and told me which ones I could return as unnecessary. Sergio and Jordan returned 20 minutes after I got back home and installed my new sink, even trimming the countertop for a good fit. To top it off, Sergio gave us a lesson in how to applycaulk neatly! They were very conscious of any mess and promptly cleaned up after themselves. They were professional and friendly. I am very happy with the work they did and especially with the timeliness. I rated a B for price as Darryl quoted me a price per hour. It ended up being more because 2 people did the job instead of one. This is not a complaint as the work was likely completed quicker with 2 people. I would have given an A if I had received a proper quote and known what I was paying ahead of time. All in all, fantastic service, personable and professional employees, and quick response. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

Our kitchen floor was sagging and squishy so we called to get an estimate and find out what was causing the problem. Charlie came out and stated that the problem was likely a cracked drain pipe and he couldn't say unless he could get behind the dry wall. We took the next week to take care of the problems related to the leak and called again when the drywall was removed. Charlie came to the house to a**** the amount of work and called his partner Gary for more supplies. I had originally called for just the drain pipe repair and then decided to have all of the necessary plumbing done on the same day. They were courteous and very fast. All of the work was completed in 4 hours. They were very thorough and at our request upgraded the pipes from galvanized steel to PVC and PEX so we wouldn't have problems in the future.

Plumber arrived on time, reviewed the problem areas, and got his repair parts and tools from his truck. He worked quickly and left the work areas neat and clean.

Job entailed removing old water heater that was thought to have been drained and disconnected to water supply. Neither was the case so the job was more entailed than originally thought. Technician was very professional, and performed the task very well. However, some of the rusty water spilled on the carpeted floor even though he placed plastic over the carpet before beginning. I was able to get all the stain up once the job was completed. Accidents do happen so this is to be expected sometimes. Yes, I would use this company again. I was very impressed with their quick response.

He was very knowledgeable on his job he went above and beyond doing his job as he had to dig, chop and chisel concrete away to get to the septic tank lid. I can't say enough about what a great job he did. The cost wasn't much compared to the work he had to do. But he didn't get to do his job as he found out the septic tank was full. Again I would use this company again he actually came out earlier than expected.

only problem was they were late,.time blocked out from 12-4 and they did not come until about 4:15. They waived the charge for the visit, though. Overall, I was pleased.

AWESOME: I checked Angie's list, then contacted the contractor by online service request ticket during the wee hours of the morning. Made an appointment for between 12-4. Then, I got sick and went to the doctor. They worked me in between other customers. Just as I thought they might now be able to make it (understandable) they arrived about about 2:30, fixed my sink, garbage disposal, toilet, 2 outdoor faucets. The service technician, SERGIO, introduced himself, was polite, professional, friendly, and provided quality service even while my dogs barked at him. Employees like this are hard to come by. The company should be very proud of the way he represented them. Made my day, simplified my and my husband's lives by making these repairs today. THANK YOU. 5-Star Service.

They came on time and did what they said they would do. I was very satisfied with the work they did. I would use them again. I have used them for over 15 years now

Our water heater under the house was leaking, our meter man had warned us we had a leak somewhere. We called Haire Plumbing and was given an estimate over the phone and were told they can come out next day - that would be a Friday. They called back and said they had an opening and came out the same day. The employee, Sergio, had to call for a new unit. Even though they had to wait for a new water heater to be driven up from Fayetteville, about a 40 min trip, they did not change their estimate. Very quick and professional service. I would recommend and use them again if needed.

Couldn't be happier. I was deployed in Kuwait, so when my wife told me she was having plumbing problems I went to Angie's to find a plumber. Read the reviews and choose to call Haire. I explained the situation as best I could from what my wife told me and made an appointment that would fit her schedule. The gentlemen that took my call was thourough and understood my concerns. The technician arrived around shortly before 10 a.m. which was inside the 8:00 to 12:00 I was quoted. He called my wife while he was enroute to my home to make sure she was there, which works out well for us so we can get our dogs prepared for visitors. She pointed out our plumbing concerns and he went to work diagnosing and repairing all of our problems. Now, I wasn't there, but was on the phone with my wife the entire time getting a play-by-play so we could discuss potential costly decisions. She could barely keep up telling me what was going on before the tech had everything repaired and back in place. I don't think it took a half hour to do everything. I quickly began wondering how much this quality of service was going to cost (funny how I switched from worrying about the cost of a long visit to the cost of a short visit). The tech worked up the bill and my wife handed him a credit card before telling me that the whole thing cost us $165. I told her to go buy a bottle of wine and enjoy the rest of the day because that was well below what I feared the service would cost.
