Steve responded to me immediately. The work was scheduled for 2 days later. He said he would be here between 9 & 10. 9:05 he was here. By 11 o'clock the work was completed and everything was working perfectly. Completely stress free experience. I would highly recommend Steve and Audio Video Specialist.

Probably the best money I ever spent! They are prompt, knowledgeable, talented. Was able to work with the satellite installer to get the best mounting for the box to get everything mounted out of sight. Definitely would use them again!

I hired AVS via Angies List. I should have asked where they were driving to my house from.....they charged me $125.00 to activate a wireless printer and to connect an antenna to my television. Thought the job would be $75.oo TOPS. They charged me $125.00 since THEY DROVE TO MY HOUSE IN TAYLORS SC all the way from FROM ASHEVILLE, NC.. I would never have hired them if I had known. I like to hire local. My bad, I suppose, cause I didn't think to ask if they'd be driving 120 miles round trip to do 2 small things for me. That said, they were very pleasant and did a good job. My advice : DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE unless you live near Asheville, NC. Live and learn, right?
