Everything was great about this company when Marcus came out for estimate he broke everything down best part is he was within the estimate never tried to get me to get something I didn’t need.I would definitely recommend him because he is dependable and stands by his Estimate

My house had been failing to stay cool during the summer. It was diagnosed with a bad txv. As the system was out of warranty and the furnace was over 25 years old, it was suggested we replace everything. Of the quotes we received, Strong Quality was on the lower end, while also offering higher end equipment. They also did not try to upsell me on anything extra. They answered several questions I had promptly, and when there were supply issues they were able to suggest and find an excellent alternative condenser in very short order. The install went quickly and easily. Everything looks good afterward and the house got back to a good temperature very quickly.

Let me begin by saying I don't normally write reviews, but in this case I was compelled to write this one. A little background first. My system was 25 years old and had just been "repaired" by another company approximately 3 months ago. After "shotgun shotgunning " replacement parts (everything but the compressor), and waiting 4 weeks for a fan relay we now had ac but the heating function still was not working. Tried for 6 weeks to get them to come back but was told he was too busy with ac repairs to swing by. Searched for a new HVAC guy and called Owner Marcus of Strong Quality and 2 other companies and set up meetings with all 3. Immediately liked Marcus and decided to go with him for the Heatpump system replacement. Decided on the system (Trane) and the price and set up an installation date. Now it is June in NC and HOT AS AN OVEN! Marcus asked if he and his crew could start early because of the high heat (95 degress) which was NO PROBLEM with me and they arrived at 6am sharp! They had everything installed and completed with All functionality checked, both AC & Heat including auxiliary and emergency heat strip functions (remember the first guy's fix?). Also had the old analog thermostat replaced with a new digital one and it works perfectly and is a way more precise. Job was completed by 1 pm and after being without AC for so long I AM ONE HAPPY HAPPY CAMPER!! Our home is much more comfortable and the new system has a much higher volume of air coming out of the vents, which takes less time to cool down everything! I CAN NOT BE MORE PLEASED! Strong Quality and owner Marcus and his team are my HVAC company for life. I won't even consider anyone else. Prompt, Honest, Dependable and really reasonable on their pricing, but the biggest thing to me is I trust him and his Team! That trumps everything else. David H Clayton, NC

Strong Quality did an Excellent job on my HVAC!! They came out an assessed the issue. Provided a quote with all of the necessary information for me to make my decision. The process was very easy. They were very professional and considerate of my time. Even in the sweltering heat they managed came to work on the system early in the morning to knock it out so that I can start to have air before the heat got too bad. I reached out to Marcus on FB messenger at about 2am when I realized my A/C was no longer functioning. He responded at 6:30am that morning and came to service my A/C before 4pm that day, adjusting his schedule to fit me in. He provided some education about the unit and fixed it within a half hour, for a very reasonable cost. I will contact him again anytime I need anything for my HVAC or A/C without hesitation. Marcus was so helpful and polite. When all others were several days out for appts, he was able to come same day and worked with us to get the part needed and fixed by the next day. I couldn’t ask for better service!

Marcus was extremely responsive and accommodating to my schedule. He took the time to explain the situation, provided excellent service and took extra time trying to figure out what was wrong....even though it turned out that it was my fault having told him the incorrect thermostat associated with the unit that needed repair! Let’s start with a professional. Marcus arrived at my home and consulted me (not selling me) with the best options to fix my issue. His explanation was simple enough, where I did not hesitate to “fix” the problem and not “patch” it. He could provide a solution and repair the problem in the timeframe that worked best for me and my family (literally the same week) without me feeling I was going to get ripped off. In the future, Strong Quality HVAC Home Improvement will be the company I call for my HVAC needs.

I called Strong Quality for a 2nd opinion when another company told me I needed a 7 year old compressor replaced for $3200. Marcus was great and I did not need a compressor. It is so refreshing to meet an good honest business man

"Strong Quality" is aptly named. Very good communication - quick service - honest. We needed a licensed professional to follow notes from a home inspection. We've had really bad experiences with a big-name company (3 letters, begins with A, ends with S) - but this will be our new go-to service company going forward. No high pressure sales, no inflated pricing - just honest work.

One of our AC's outside unit was broken. We searched the Angi website and found this company. I called the owner Marcus. He came to our house within a short time. We have hired other companies in the past to fix AC related problems, and found that Marcus was the best technician among them. He is professional and know what he is doing. We really appreciate his help, and will hire him for future works.

They came out to Fuquay to replace a 32 year old air handler as well as our A/C / heat pump. They had the best price and quickest response for our needs. They explained all the work being done and finished on time. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone.
