I WOULD HAVE GIVEN YOU 5 STARS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT I DO NOT APPRECIATE ALL THE TEXTS THEY KEEP SENDING ME. I AM THE TYPE THAT WHEN I NEED YOUR SERVICE, I WILL CALL YOU. ALL YOUR TEXTS TO ME IS GETTING TO MAKE THIS A BAD EXPERIENCE. PLEASE STOP THOSE AND I WILL BE TOTALLY HAPPY WITH YOU.

Our gutters look awesome! David came out and measured our house, then discussed with us the process of getting gutters installed. He was very professional, patient and thorough. Our gutters were installed the next day by Jose. He completed the work in a day and a half. Everything was left clean.

Jeff the salesman was courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and did exactly what they said they would do. The technicians who installed our gutters, did great work and cleaned up after they were through.

I had new gutters installed at my home. The sales process was seamless. They came out the next day to install. The installation team was professional. Cleaned up well afterwards. The gutters look great.

The leaf guard I think is way too much money compared to just the gutters. They were asking for about $5000 just for the leaf guard.

HomeCraft Gutter protectors appear to be high quality and I am optimistic they will do the job. I initially had problems with the installation and could not get anyone to follow through and correct the problems or even call me back. After I got HomeAdvisor involved, the problems were corrected with 48 hours. If their customer service had been better, I would have given them a higher rating.

They installed gutters the next day and quickly. These are great. We live in woods. No more leaves in gutters.

Sales presentation is a little strange. Start with ridiculous price and mark down with different â discountsâ until the price is reasonable. I would prefer someone just give me the bottom dollar to start with.

The crew did not clean the porches off as they promised. They cleaned the driveway very well.

The guys were professional and right on time. Project also finished on time! I would definitely recommend their services!

Brooke went above and beyond! I am a special needs person on a fixed income and did not even think I could every afford something like this. Brooke spoke to her manager and got me a special price for my situation. The gutters look amazing from the street! I am hearing impaired and was unable to cut the workers a check whey they completed the work so they did leave a little mess behind. Brooke came out and finished the clean up all on her own. She is wonderful and if I could I would give her 6 stars!

Liked how the sales person was prepared and knowledgable. Installation was done real well.

I had worked w both isaac and jeff and really enjoyed talking with them. presentation was great and made you feel like an old friend.
