A.C. was very responsive in his quote for service which was very helpful because I wanted the needed services completed in less than 2 weeks from request for estimate. His staff showed up at my house at the agreed upon time which was most appreciated because I also had other services being completed same day so timing was critical.

We received a call within 5 minutes of my request and were able to schedule an appointment the same afternoon. They were courteous, professional and quick!

Therefore, we wanted professionals to do the cleaning. The guys came out on short notice and got the job done fast; removing the gutter guards, cleaning the gutters, and reinstalling the gutter guards, and cleaning the downspouts---all while keeping the area clean, and while being very polite to me. At first we thought things were great, even though AC Harris had tried to raise the price after the work was done. (After a somewhat distressing conversation, he backed off from that.) Then, in the following weeks when our gutters guards started falling off for no apparent reason, all the way around the house, we grew alarmed. When we purchased a ladder and went up and took a look for ourselves, it turns out the metal gutter guards (with their little attaching clips) were not properly reinstalled at all! The surprise was that they hadn�t ALL fallen out! When we spoke to AC Harris about it in the follow-up telephone conversation, he offered to �glue� the gutter guards in place!!! When I pointed out that a solution like that would make it impossible to clean them next spring, he just restated that as a solution. Needless to say, AC Harris will not be welcomed back next spring to clean our gutters, nor for any other service. His people, while very nice and polite, are poorly trained, and he himself is likely to unethically raise rates

They did what they said they would and most importantly, WHEN they said they would do it. Mr. Harris was on time and communicated well. I will continue to use them.

Hector and his helpers came the same day we called requesting the service. All debris cleaned from the gutters was removed. I would not have known they had been there. Mr. Harris called to make sure we were happy with the service.

The duct cleaning itself was great. The people were courteous and friendly to my children. The only negative part of the experience was that we set up an appointment for Thursday afternoon, and they showed up Tuesday morning as I was about to leave for work.

A.C. Harris washed my windows today, and I have never been more pleased. I have approximately a 3,000 sq ft. home. They washed the windows, took the screens outside, washed them beautifully, and then even vaccumed before they left my home. This is customer service at it's best!

Due to the fact I have two big dogs, AC had to work around my limited schedule and he did so without hesitation. They did a great job. I highly recommend them.

They did a good job. However, I ended up paying more because my house was alittle bit bigger then the quote he gave me on the phone. He should have checked the house size before he started the job.
