They were on time and did a good job. I had the 40 windows for $99 but they cleaned an additional 15 windows and a skylight.

They did a great job. We were very satisfied.

Provided great communication. Job was completed in a timely and professional way. Only thing I would have preferred different was that they used their own water.

The scheduling went ok, through email, they came out and power washed the house and the next day I noticed the a whole piece of siding is off, and one of my flood lights was dangling, and does not work, I put the siding in the garage to keep it safe. I emailed them to let them know what had happened and I have not gotten an response.

I purchased a deal back in the Spring for windows. They were understanding about postponing the work until the house across the street from me was finished and the sod had been put down (so the windows weren't dirty again by the end of the day...). They were on-time, professional, polite and efficient with the work. I would hire them again - probably will by next Spring.

Sent this email to vendor with no response: Hello Peter, The day after the pressure wash I noticed a long piece of vinyl on the ground, and I also noticed our flood light was dangling. The light does not work now. Our home is approximately 4 years old and this was our first pressure wash. Please assist. Thank You

I couldn't expect any better on communication and performance. It did however take 2 months from the time of purchase for them to get out and do the work, but once they were, it went great.

2 hours late and showed with only 1 squeegee. I sceduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance for window cleaning and gutter cleaning. They showed up 2 hours late. The appointment was scheduled for 12:30 and they came at 2:30. They did call to let me know they were running late but only 5 minutes before the scheduled time. Also, they said they would be an hour late and ended up being 2 hours late. When they arrived, they said the quoted price was incorrect because my windows were "multiple pane" and that the price was now $14 per window as opposed to $9. We said ok and then they came back and said they only had 1 squeegee and that "bossman said to reschedule". The workers were polite and apologetic but this was frustrating nonetheless as I had taken time off from work to get this done. They did clean my gutters and I assume (or hope) that the work was satisfactory.

Professional, friendly, quick, didn't damage bushes or flowers

We paid for 20 interior and 20 exterior windows for their promotion of $99. They showed up on time, were extremely professional and because we had an odd amount of windows to finish they actually cleaned 26 interior and exterior windows and did not charge us anything extra. I could not have asked for anything better and we would definitely use them again.

Exactly on time, very efficient and professional, windows sparkle.

I asked the tech to dry the windows after the cleaning. He said the sun would dry them. The problem is they used my well water which is a little hard and therefore the sun dried white spots onto my windows after the tech had left. My windows looked worse then they had before they started. Frustrated....

Bought package on Angie's List for windows, but had a few more than what the package was for, as well as had mini panes in each of the windows. So package was for $99 plus $100 extra. I felt that was reasonable. The company did a wonderful job and were very professional, and everything was done in 2.5 hours.

The guys showed up on time, got to work and were done in about an hour. They cleaned 28 windows inside and out. Great job! Would use them again definitely.

The technician, Mike Peters, was excellent. Arrived exactly on time. He did the work by himself and finished in about 1-1/2 hours. His appearance and manner was very professional. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He even made some adjustments to a window with which we were having difficulty. I will certainly request him the next time we need to have our windows done.

Arrived on time. Very professional and understood what needed cleaning. Took the time to make sure they cleaned all areas. First time house was pressure washed in 10 years. Great job. No mess.

It was great. They ran a $149 Angie's List deal. We settled quickly on a time they could come (there was an intervening snowstorm, and I missed the 2-day call window at one point, and there was no problem). They showed up right on time, and about an hour or an hour and a half later, the vinyl was clean. We live in a mixed vinyl/brick split level, and in 8 years here have never had the exterior cleaned. It transformed how the house looked. I also had him do the steps up to the front door - the brick there looks better too - they got all the moss and other stuff off of it.

Team was prompt and jumped right to work. They were friendly and courteous. I would use them again... the window sill "wipe" is just that - don't expect a deep cleaning on the outside sills.

The service was fine. They called and let me know they were going to be late.

Very easy to schedule by email, quick respond time. I am always traveling with work, and having a clear line of communication with vendor is essential to any business. Had a couple of hiccups, but chalk that up to my lack of time to speak directly with them on phone. Quality of work was as expected, and Peter is very understanding and quick to respond to all concerns. Very good business practice.

It was a good experience. They were very quick and priofessional! My windows were so clean when they left. Definitely using them again.
