Window Genie To Management, Very disappointed in your decision in NOT honoring a contract with me in cleaning windows in our home at 124 Lake Top Lane, Statesviile, NC. I paid a fee through Angie’s List, with the balance to be paid at completion. You cancelled our appointment because of bad weather in March and rescheduled it for a later date in April, then terminated your business agreement with Angie’s List. I have been caught it the middle as your company refused to HONOR the contractual agreement. I have lost my down payment and windows not cleaned as promised. I would not use them again. I had to ask them to redo several things, and then after they left, I saw things that were not done. The people were very nice, they just didn't do great work. Good, impressive price. They were on time.

It was up to 40 windows for a certain price and I had 38. They did a good job. It was upstairs and downstairs. They did a really good job, I would definitely have them back again.

I had researched this company on Angies List only to find out my wife had already hired them. They arrived and completed the job with no problem. They were very professional and friendly. They did the job at the price that was quoted. I will hire them again.

It went well for the most part. The crew was unaware of what I had purchased through Angie's List so I had to go in and print it out for them. They were all ready to charge me double what I had already paid. Once we had it all settled though they did a pretty good job cleaning the windows. I would have given them an A grade if they would have cleaned up the dirty drippings around the bottom of the interior windows.

I was very disappointed with this company and their service. First of all when I bought the coupon there was a space for me to put dates that would work for me. They completely ignored this. I suddenly got an email saying they could do the work Wednesday morning at 9am. I sent back an email that I would not be home then and gave my telephone number as well. I never got any response. After about a week of no response I sent another email to see what was happening and had to specifically request that they "please respond" to my email. I then got back a short email stating they had come to my house and done the work that Wednesday. How was I to know this? There was no notice left at my house stating that someone had been there and done work. There was no indication that anyone had visited my property. I just had to assume that the work was done. I feel this company is not very professional with their dealings with customers. I have never had a service provider do work on my house when I was not home without my permission to be there when I was not at home. The least they could have done was call me or left a notice at my property that they had been there and done the work. I will not be using this company again.

Very well. The company quickly scheduled the service, showed up when they were supposed to and got to work. They were courteous and efficient with their time. I had them do the porches and the garage as well. The house looks clean and even smells nicer outside.
