Description of Work: Cleaned all windows inside and outside. The only downside was that it took several weeks to get them scheduled. Other than that, they arrived on time, were professional and got the windows cleaned in a timely manner even when the temperature was 95 outside!

Description of Work: Called in March for an April/early May appt. Was told to contact in April so I did & was given a late May appt for which no one showed up. Rescheduled for June 15th. Services included powerwash house & white vinyl fence along with windows in & out. By now my annuals have been planted and were thriving. I specifically inquired about the chemicals used to clean the house & would they harm my plants? I was told, "no". This is what I found the next day...trampled & broken plants, flower petals with tiny white dots all over them, lush green leaves now all curled up & brown....the very next day so it wasn't the heat. Since then I have had to re-wash several windows due to streaking, cut down 2 large shrubs where the foliage facing the house was destroyed; landscaper said they will come back, however, I now have this large void in my landscaping. Lost 2 other shrubs by cutting down due to damage...really disappointing that I have my yard looking like this until next year! Anyway, part of the back of the house obviously was not washed because it looks dirty! It would have been awkward to reach because of bushes but totally do-able with a little effort....totally not done!!! My back porch has a wall that is part of the house and it is vinyl-sided...not cleaned either! My usual guy, A ClearView, always does that wall! The only reason I went with Window Genie was b/c of a Living Social deal for windows...$49. I requested the other stuff done via phone, they came out, gave an estimate & made the appt they didn't show up for....never again!!!! I called & left a VM complaining about everything. Couple of days later a guy called & said he wanted to come over & take a look at my plants because "this has never happened before"! That was over a week ago...haven't seen or talked to anyone from Window Genie yet. My check's been cashed so not too confident I'll be hearing from anyone.

Description of Work: I bought an Angies List deal for window cleaning. Apparently there was a problem with the office staff because I could not get call backs or email response when they didn't show up for my appointment. Finally, this week, after a month of waiting for my appointment, the owner offered to refund my money, he had fired the receptionist and he said his business was in shambles because of her incompetence. I received a check in 2 days. Perhaps once this owner can get the business back together it will be better.

Description of Work: They did not do anything. They cancelled twice on me I tried to reschedule and got a answering machine no one called back either. They did say in a email that they would try to get out to the house if that can fit me into there schedule. Again no confirmation that they were coming or not. Would not use this company.
