Description of Work: I called to schedule an appointment to get the service i had paid for through Angie's List. Two guys came out and quoted the job and then came back to clean the windows and were supposed to clean all of the outside lanterns around the house as quoted. They had been there all day and it was getting really late and I wrote the check out before I realized that they had not cleaned all of the lanterns. The price was $90 for all of the lanterns. The guy told me he would come back in the next few days and clean the lanterns, so I did not rewrite the check (trusting them that it would be done). After several weeks of not hearing from them, I called the owner and told him they had promised to come back and finish the job. He said he had everything marked as done and paid for and I explained that the guys had written the lantern cleaning on the quote they gave me. Apparently, it wasn't written on the copy he had. I offered to scan and send the copy with all of the notes. The owner was very rude and said that they are not allowed to throw things in on quotes. I explained that they did and that it wasn't my fault they weren't allowed to - they did and promised to clean them. The owner again was very rude and did not offer to send them back out or anything. I wish I had rewritten the check minus the $90 before letting the guys leave, but I trusted them that they would come back out to finish the job. I would have used them again but after the owner was so rude and they didn't complete the job, I will go back to using the window cleaning company I was using before. |

Description of Work: Cleaned 46 windows. Did an excellent job! I will definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: All outside windows were washed on the two story 4200 sq ft house. They were quick and did excellent job.

The job was good but their punctuality and professionalism were lacking. |I e-mailed them the day before to confirm and did not receive a response. So the morning of the appointment I called, and the gentleman told me that they would be their at 4, the time I had scheduled for my appointment. At 2:30, I received a call from the individuals who were going to do the job, saying that they were at my home and that no one was there!! I explained that my appointment was for 4, and he said that he had it as 2:30. He said he'd call his office and call me right back. I waited at least 15 minutes, but he didn't call back, so I called him. He said he was on the way to his next job, and that I would have to re-schedule. I said I did not want to do that, so he said that he would come to my home after his current job and would be there by 6. I waited until 7 and just as I was leaving to take my dog for a walk, they showed up! They had not contacted me to let me know that they'd be an hour late. Once they got there, the work was OK (the windows were clean, but I had to ask them to put something on the floor when cleaning the inside windows, since the floor was getting wet.) I wouldn't recommend this company. Definitely lacking in professionalism.

Description of Work: They did a whole house wash which cleaned outside windows and screens. We also had them clean gutters and hang a shutter. We were very pleased with the job and plan to have them back to polish gutters. I thought the two men were very professional and took care to do a good job.

Description of Work: the guys showed up on time, started cleaning windows with a squeegee. The last guys from Window Genie used the power washer, so I asked about it. They then offered a powerwash of windows,sills, soffits and gutters for an additional price. I said ok, and they did an good job inside and out. Will use again.

Description of Work: Used an Angie's List deal to purchase pressure washing. After speaking to the service provider, decided to upgrade to gutter cleaning and window washing. I wasn't aware that I would have to put all of the screens back in myself (they removed them and told me I had to put them back) and they labeled the screens with black sharpie marker in plain view and told me I had to buy paint to fix the problem.
