They were on time, gave me an estimate for the work I had done, and began immediately. They were very polite, and did a beautiful and neat job. They went out of their way to move furniture off my porches and put it back the way they found it. Great value for the work they did! I will use them every six months now as I appreciated their excellent work. I'll tell all my friends about them as I am so pleased. Great company, great job!.

Second time I've used Window Genie and won't be the last. My windows are the little glass panes that are 9x12" that are a pain to clean. The Window Geni guys do VERY good work and at a reasonable price. Peter Cogan s great at returning phone calls and following up. I highly recommend the company..

Don't forget they will try to up sale you on the windows. They did do a good job.

The guys showed up on time. I had an appointment and could not be at home so my oldest son greeted them. They were responsible and did a good job on washing the house. I would use them again and recommend their services to my friends.

I had major, major problems and he promised to make it right and he eventually did but it took months. They said in the average house they would clean window seals and wipe screens and they didn't do any of that. And then in an attempt to clean my windows, 90% of the little hooks that hold the screens in. It was a nightmare. He did finally reimburse me for new screens.

My experience with Window Genie wasn't my greatest experience with a company. They did not get the job done the first time around. I couldn't see the washing they had claimed to do on my house.

They were pretty quick to respond and they got the job done pretty quickly. They were there when they said they would be. When we purchased it, I think were were able to schedule for them to come out within three or four days. They did a reasonably good job. There were a few things they couldn't get out but it was fine. They were great. I was pretty satisfied. Their price was fair.

They did fine. It took a while to get it scheduled but as far as the job performed, they did a really good job. The house was looks great after it was done. There was a bunch of rain that week so he couldn't get it scheduled the first time. Thing have been pushed back because of the rain in the area but it all worked out fine in the end.

The job was OK. They were very prompt and returned my calls. They came on time after we made the appointment. However, they seemed to not care about the yard.

They did a good job. They charged what they said they would charge and did what they said they would do. And they were on time and they were easy to deal with. They were very quick to get here.

The crew was punctual and very professional, once on site they provided a detailed review of the areas of concern and took the necessary steps to secure any fragile items. Their attention to detail and professionalism was absolutely exceptional. I would highly recommend Window Genie to anyone needing pressure washing.

Ordered whole house pressure washing to prep for getting trim painted. They were not going to wash my front porch rails, but did when asked (I had not clarified this with the order). After they were finished, the house looked better, but there were still some areas of the siding that did not look clean. The painter (one week later) actually mentioned that we should get the house pressure washed (although this is a service they also provide, so I take that with a grain of salt). Windows and front door looked dirty after treatment from the runoff, which I found ironic as the company specializes in window cleaning. Overall just an "ok" job. Good enough to paint my trim.

Overall the cleaning went very well. The scheduling process was difficult with many reschedules and pressure to upgrade.

Purchased a big deal for house pressure washing. The initial date was six weeks from call date. The week of appointment, company called to reschedule due to some workers out that week. Told them the time was not good for me and she was to have owner call to reschedule date, After a couple of months called owner to schedule, by this time I had the house totally resided. He was willing to work with me to perform other washing if I could wait a couple of weeks. Tech showed up promptly at the scheduled time, was professional and performed the work requested. He did a good job. Some of the delay after the initial cancelled appointment by the company was my fault due to having partial and then total residing of the house.

We scheduled the day and I had to cancel - no problem. I rescheduled for 2 weeks after the expiration date - again not a problem. They called to confirm the time, arrived on schedule, and did a fantastic job! They were very professional from start to finish. I will be using Window Genie again.

Window Genie had a Living Social deal. I bought the deal to wash windows for $40. I called them 6 times to set up an appointment. They never returned my call. The Living Social deal expired, so I am out $40... nothing but frustration to show for it.

It was fine. Not much to power washing. I called because it was a promotion.

Saw Window Genie on Angie's List, called to schedule, set up a date, they came, did what they said they would do. Job done.

They were ok, I'm not as happy with the cleaning as I have been with other companies in the past. We did have some issues with the manager - they overcharged me quite a bit for the gutter cleaning, but they corrected it.

Company was here for a very short time, the front of house looked good, I did not check back of house, company said there were gutter guards on gutters and they could not clean them, but they did not clean porch off either, which was part of service. Job incomplete, I took their word for work completed that they led me to believe yjey had done
