There were also some unavoidable challenges with weather and mechanical breakdown of the truck bringing the crew to our home. After several tries, the service was performed very satisfactorily.

+ -1 moreThey came out to my home today. We wanted to have them pressure wash the back deck, screened in porch and front porch. When he looked at the project, he told us that it was only for concrete. I didn’t see anything on the deal specifically stating it was only for concrete. The technician called his boss who advised that he couldn’t honor it. They wanted to charge a lot more to do the wooden deck. The technician was very professional and tried to reason with his boss.

+ -1 moreWe had lots of communication first for adding the extra services and scheduling. Then it rained on the original scheduled date so we rescheduled. Peter Cogan the owner was very responsive during all communications and very accommodating. The work crew arrived right on time and were very professional and friendly upon arrival. They worked hard the entire time they were at my house and finished everything within a couple of hours. The work they did was good work and once again, they were very friendly and professional when they finished up and left. I would definitely recommend this company to others and I will definitely use them again when the need arises.
Description of Work: We purchased a Big Deal for exterior pressure washing of our house for $149 and added $185.00 for extra square footage not covered and to pressure wash our deck.

Description of Work: I called them in March and was given a remote day of service. They did not come and did not call. I waisted time waiting for them. One hour after the time of appointment they suddenly appeared. It was getting dark. My husband just came home from work, very tired, he recently had a surgery, this is why I really wanted all this to be done early in the day. Now he could not find a place to lie down because the workers were going around the house. I asked the workers not to rush, but they did everything in a hurry. They cleaned screens and left several of them uninstalled. We called them asking to finish the job. They came ten days later to do it. Communications with Peter Cogan were very unpleasant. To my dismay I found out that my pressure washing was a deal with the same company. I decided not to cancel it and endure. At first Peter Cogan said that I cannot have two coupons with the same company. Then he agreed to send workers. Again I was given a remote date, but I have chosen convenient time. Few days before the service P. Cogar emailed, that they will come much later. I accepted, but mentioned that I was unhappy with the change. P. Cogan became angry again and sent me email that he has 2000 happy customers and he can give me a refund. I was glad to end this "Big Deal". Of course, he could not give me a refund, I had to request it from Angie's List. Christopher arranged it in a simple way for me. Thanks!

They arrived on time and cleaned all my double hung windows, inside and out, including 4 windows in my 2 story family room about 20 feet high as well as my storm door. My windows have never looked so good and I'm very pleased.

He's a nice guy, efficient but a kind of a mess and should do a better job cleaning up but we never really discussed that ahead of time. I don't have my windows wash very often so I don't know if that's what they do standard or not. The price was great because it was Angie's List price, it was special.
